As an alcoholic, former drug user these times are very difficult to stay sober and deal with anxiety and depression but flows like this makes a huge relief in my life. Thank you ❤️
This is an absolute blessing to hear
I can only imagine, I think this has been such a hard time for most of us mentally. I really hope you make it through these difficult times. I'm happy that you have found things that help you cope and wish you so much strength and more tools to help you to stay focused on your big picture!!! Everything you need is already within you❤️❤️❤️
Wonderful practice. I love how external noise encourages me to focus on my breath, my self, my body. It is easy to meditate in silence, the external noise teaches us how to quiet the internal noise.
I find that Echo yoga is relaxing and hopeful. Our instructor is calming and inspiring. I will be tuning in often! Thank you!
So wonderfully grateful for your words.
Echo, I love this video. You explained trauma-informed yoga in a way that I can understand it, and you make it so open and easy for everyone to understand. What a healing gift you have -- thank you.
Well thank you love! I’ll continue to share

Wonderful! Me too
I was super excited about the practice.. but the noise! really? Why would anyone stress here if there are so many other options in RUclips?
@@paulamarques4271 I haven’t seen many comments about noise? And of course you can go away and not practice here anytime
please can you do a hour long vinyasa
I had to turn this off because of the loud drilling/construction sounds about 7 min in. I was looking for a feeling of safety so if you are too be warned this video might be very jarring for you
@@MercediSurface thanks for doing what you needed for your own system! It was tough filming in mexico during that time. I completely understand sensitivity to sound to.
This has a lot of directive language for trauma informed yoga
Means
