It's a mobile watch tower pretty much. Drive to a blacked out area of theap and activate it. It will open up the map like the watch towers do

Go to the store and click on the phase 1 pack

Im on xbox but might be a similar problem, try reinstalling the season pass, or going to the store and clicking install

Free download in the PS Store if you have season pass. Got kinda worried there for a second myself.

Try closing out of snowrunner and opening it back up or leaving it for a minute I had a similar problem on my ps4 earlier

If you still haven’t gotten it go to the ps store then go down to library then go to snowrunner clicked on that and then go down to ad ons and it’ll be right there I had the same problem this morning and got upset😂
