Yep the first 2 task was hell but I manage to get the garage and complete the armour cars contract. I’m currently progressing the wrecked air plane contracted
It's not hell, it's just ridiculous and not fun at all. All the other maps could find the balance between challenge and fun, but this time the developers just went nuts on purpose.
Took me 10 hours to unlock the garage and I was using 8 of the best trucks too. 745 Cat, the Azov twins, the Tartarin, F-750 with max upgrades, the Tayga with chained mud tires, the Warthog, and the Yar. Imandra just obliterated everything. Nothing worse than having to make the drive of shame from Kovd with trucks that annihilated the base maps.
I’ve literally just finished the first of the two tasks, by which point I had completely lost the will to live so I gave up. This map is pure evil. 😭😭😭
My Loadstar ran out of fuel trying to pull a scout trailer with the first metal beam on it to the drop off point. I've tried bringing the Cat 745c out there pulling another scout on a rescue mission 3 times and either it fell into the water trying to cross the river or got completely stuck. Map sure is testing my patience.
I’ve unlocked the garage but this map really does suck. Just brutal. More frustrating than fun. Perhaps the devs are getting lazy. Easier to just ramp up the difficulty than design an interesting and creative map. Let’s hope future maps capture the joy of the original ones.
Sorry if this is going to annoy people but I am liking the difficulty of the map as it makes you really think about the logistics of the job and what vehicles you are gonna use to do it. I'm enjoying it, thumbs up from me!
I know this video is over three years old, but THANK YOU my good man by stating that you have to do two missions in order to unlock the tunnel to Imandra. I am or was (by the time you read this comment) been on the hunt for the Engageable AWD for the Twin Steer. I have played Snow Runner these past few years and acquired better vehicles such as the Kenworth 963 (which I shall use or have used) for those two missions; all thanks to its 135 gallon/511 liter range and its additional jerry cans. And use the scout Tuz 420 to get the upgrade location specifically.
Im just discovering for now but just from what you telling us this map is no joke! I can see that you need to be really precise and you still gonna struggle!
The DAN isn't too bad for this mission but it's quite tippy in certain areas and the bigger turning circle and length of it can be a pain in some areas. Good luck!
@@ATribeCalledCars Yes, you are right. I just use it for a mission. Will use other as suggested by you in one of your video. I have those in the garage.
I love the channel but damn you made unlocking the Garage look tough. Step 1. Drive to Imandra with the Yar87 and the Prototype Exploration Unit trailer. 2. do a full lap of the map, counter clockwise until you get 3/4 of the map unlocked. Forget the quadrant to your left, get to that later. This then unlocks where all the resources can be found. Going counter clockwise will have you bump into fuel trailers often enough that you can refuel the Yar87 and the radar. 3. Go back to Lake Kovd and bring the Tayga King with flatbed and chained tyres to the trailer yard in Imandra, attach another small trailer 4. Climb hill north of the Trailer yard to get the Steel beams from the metal shipment and retrace your tracks back to the trailer yard, refuel 5. Proceed to the Magnitude of 5 blockage, if you haven't cleared it head down to the frozen lake, skirt the far left hand side until you get to the power station, unload. To be honest it is easier to use the lake than the road. 6. Refuel at power station 7. Retrace tracks back to the T intersection turn off to Timber shipment, dump trailer and load up with timber. 8. Head back to the horseshoe road, and after the left turn when you say in your video you can't get between the rocks whilst looking at "drop 1" you can actually drive up the angled rock to the right of the gap, this caught me out and I used a ton of fuel before giving it a try. 9. Fix power pole and now your on the top of the hill try and drop down where the river is the narrowest, you'll need to weave between the trees but it can be done 10. Once at the river climb the other side and hit "drop 2" 11. Leave the Tayga King there, I know, never leave the King but he'll be fine in the woods for a bit 12. Swap to the Yar87 and head to your new garage to activate it, then recover the King and voila, you are now set up in Imandra. Keep up the great videos
Sounds good to me, I'll test it out. I couldn't be bothered scouting to save time so didn't, the fuel trailers and trailer store are enough to get you around although I did bring the maintenance trailer in case I detoured.
Thank you very much! I was able to use the Kenworth for the wooden planks with your route to get the garage. Looking forward to figuring out the rest of this map now that I have a base here
My liege! Thanks for this. Imandra is crazy difficult. Not sure if I find it fun or frustrating yet, to be honest. I hope Saber realizes Canada and Wyoming don't have to be these impossible death marches to be considered good.
Had time to watch the vid now, cheers for that, very detailed. I do like all the logistics and route planning planning involved. Just wish I got more time to play the game! I have a plan for the power line job I am going to try next time.
@@ATribeCalledCars Hi Ben, hope you are all good? Here is my suggestion to anyone just starting imandra. Until you open the garage, stick to scouts and trailers. I managed all the initial missions that way. Yes it takes a while longer, but I am not in a rush to finish the game. Only one roll over too. Meanwhile because I was in a scout it was more manoeuvrable and easy to drop the trailer and go exploring whenever I wanted, as well as getting through some terrain the medium or big trucks could not. If the devs keep doing maps like this, great!
That ABSOLUTELY happened to me!!! And I spent about 30 minutes trying to un-wedge the trailer from the tree!! I thought to myself, I’d only this were gta; I’d just zap the trailer loose and proceed. No such luck. Then after getting the trailer free, I lost it on the ice over the pond. Perfect end to my failed mission. So I turned the game off. Lol
This is a major operation. I mobilised most of my fleet for this garage task - DAN, 64131, 73210, 42-20, Tayga, Grad, Loadstar. You are right. The route to the metal beams past the warehouse can only be traversed with 71inch tires. That journey I hope I'll never have to repeat. Imandra emphasises what's most irritating about the Scout trucks. Their role is to recce. In Taymyr, there were sections where the mud was simply too deep. In Imandra, every ******** path is too deep for scouts. This map completely renders scouts useless. And the real kick in the nuts is this - the portable radar only works with a scout & there aren't enough watch towers in Kola. Not to mention, the path to the substation is also treacherous. In my 4220, I avoided the stones only to be caught in trees just a few metres away from the substation. I had to unload the 4220 & leave it behind. I understand the challenge with the deep snow & this is where the 71inch tires really shines. But to have large rocks & trees too is simply too much for a fleet of the best trucks to handle... considering that they are going in blind, with no recce from the scouts.
Nailed it in one, you're actually quite limited in Imandra and that's where the challenge comes in. Too many bits are frustrating. Canada does a better job of being tough but enjoyable, that's for sure.
I found the large wheel scouts like the Khan Marshall, Loadstar 1700 and F750 work great since they have higher ground clearance. You're right though, this map is hell for most scouts.
Lol so I reached Imandra, and having not hovered over the garage logo in Maprunner like a dork, and I didn't know you had to do two cargo missions to unlock the garage. Hmm...I might just go keep working on the other maps. That's insane!
Going around that middle 'island' is definetely worth a try instead of crossing it and passing the timber shipment. Had a far easier drive around there.
I decided to open the Imandra Garage by driving and pulling a Tuz 420 Tatarin and a Voron AE-4380. I started off in the Lake Kovd garage and did a contract to explore military bases. Then one I got to Imandra pulling one truck with the other, I spilt the TUZ to get the upgrade and missions to the east, then drove the Voron north towards the trailer store. I stopped at the airport to gas up, then brought the tuz to airport and once again, daisy chained them with a winch, and headed north. Sent the tuz to find a lighthouse to the east, and got stuck. Drove the Voron north, heading towards the tasks to open Garage. I wanted to get to the trailer store with the Voron because I needed gas badly. I get to the Broken Power Lines task and accept it, then head towards the trailer store to buy a gas trailer. When I get there I realize I can buy a trailer on the Voron because I have a sideboard bed and self loading crane. I look at my gas and I had 8 gallons. I immediately bring up the map and look for gas and see the scout fuel trailer just north of me. I didn't think I could make it, but gave it a try since it was my only vehicle operable in Imandra map. I head east, then north up the trail, make a left going west and start heading down trail. I can see the scout fuel trailer and think I'm going to make it. I had 3 gallons left and it looks like a clear shot. Then the truck sinks in deep snow, I try to winch my way closer, then the engine stalls. My winch was just a few feet from the scout fuel trailer but couldn't refuel. I was dead on the map with o other rescues. I just wasted about 90 minutes going from Kovd garage and missed getting gas by a hair. I am sending a rescue with the Tuz warthog and the Dan 9630. Feul isa very important so make sure you fill up whenever you can, and if you are going to stop to look at map for any length of time, turn off engine.
For the first mission I used a Voron AE with a small crane and low saddle. Got a sideboard semi trailer and got the metal beams. Then for the second mission I somehow got it done with the ANK with like 15L of fuel left. Both of my trucks had ice tires.
im a few real life days in to this map and really needed a little nudge as to how to unlock the garage. I thought this map was tough, I'm glad its not just me.
@@ATribeCalledCars I haven't added any modded trucks yet, going through on stock trucks only as its not too hard. I've played the two previous versions of this game (Spin Tyres, Mudrunner) and this new one is by far the most playable / enjoyable. I'l lhave a look at the modded trucks when I pickup all the straggler missions etc.
I’ve spent the last 2 hours trying to get to this garage to find it locked. God knows how many rolled and stuck trucks, how many videos playin the back ground. Well thank you because I would have never figured this ou
Hi there.. I'm only after getting the 2 metal planks at once to open the garage with the Kolob 74941 and the new massive trailer and delivered it with no mistakes at all! I couldn't believe i done it but what a challenge it was man! This map is just amazing.
So I attempted this level without being a high level in the game around level 12-14. So naturally I did not have access to some of the large trucks shown in this video. However I managed to make this map happen using multiple small scale trucks pulling a single trailer and some medium-size trucks to pull fuel from Lake Kovd. One thing to make a note of as you can use a flatbed semi trailer and a larger truck which has a stake bed, to both tote a set of cargo you might need and to pull a scout truck with a small scale fuel container on the flatbed giving you three capable items in one run. Doing this twice with two medium size trucks set up the same way provides you with only two trips across lake Kovd. But having four trucks at your disposal and to scale fuel containers upon arriving in Imandra. The Azov, non antarctic, works beautifully here as it has a crane option with flat bed plus can pull a semi trailer. I found much of the driving areas which are detailed as paths in Imandra, impossible to traverse with larger truck. This is why I went with the small scale trucks and pulling a small trailer which constitutes multiple trips but much less hesitation of getting it stuck everywhere. Plus a scale truck can pull one small trailer with one cargo item or two cargo items based on the length and if you winch to another trailer can pool yet another one cargo item or two cargo items depending on what you’re choosing for cargo. Although the scout truck suffers from lack of power doing this and lack of tire size so it is not the easiest but it is doable.
hank you! I was really unsure how to do this! But seriously, with the number of broken bridges and that one tree blocking the main road, they could have made those fixable...Also, your other guides were really useful, i was quite surprised about the chain tires, always hated how despite chains, i got stuck in snow and "snow-mud" I just equipped them as it felt most natural for snow maps, plus grip on the ice and step icy roads. Also, as a car guy, i really love the classic, so the ford added with its map was a real joy for me. And the olderwhite wstern became my favorite truck at the start, due to its fuel and low consumption, with the ever realiable Azov 64-131, kinda funny with the western star, how a older truck is more fuel efficient than its modern counterparts
It's true, Imandra is horrible! I managed to advance using trucks with military specifications (MOD) from Rang3r, they appear as RNG in the mod libraries... I didn't find another solution, I also used relays of tankers (RNG mod) and I basically moved through the ice as much as I could. Greetings.
You also need to complete Magnitude of 5 to unlock the road to the power station, it's done with two loads of fuel. When you go this route, you can find the engine upgrade for the F750 - and I ended up using it to deliver the wooden planks. This map is evil incarnate - I swear the snow is something else, way harder to navigate than in Lake Kovd
You can also go down onto the lake just before the blockage and use the edge of the lake to go past the two containers and then pick a spot to go up to the power station. Literally turns it into a 10 minute drive
I actually think the best thing I could do right now is step away from Snowrunner for a while. Frustration levels are getting the better of me. Getting stuck all too often. Falling over. Etc etc. I’ve also still only got to level 18 despite having played for more hours than I’d care to admit to. Love the game. Hate the frustration
Yeah no rush, it's annoying until you get some time in on the map. It does get less frustrating I promise you. But also Tony Hawk is cool, reminds me of my PS1 days. Good times.
Well said. I was extremely frustrated yesterday trying to do the Broken Lines mission. Had both trucks fall through the ice (after the first hiccup of the trailer getting stuck on the tree that’s in the middle of the road🤬). After the epic failure of both trucks falling in the ice, I abruptly turned the game off!! I’ll get over it.....eventually
@@damonbray8002 if you are talking about the tree between the Trailer Yard and the Garage there is a small side cut around it on the lower side, it does have a mud hole in it but plenty of solid points to winch off
0:48 I just took the Kahn Jeepy thing and launched it off there. Easy peasy. But that map is a PITA, just getting the trucks there in the first place is a pain. If only I could speed up the game like the video. Nice music though. Rambling now. Off to drive trucks on snow.
i tried the twinsteer bringing the metalplanks from lake kovd, but it tips over quick with load on raised suspension, had to leave it behind and used two separate single bed trucks
I swear Imandra is almost a ridiculous hard map to get through. This things that he highlight in a 11 min is almost a whole day work in real time. Flipping over a couple of times, getting stuck, out of fuel, going the wrong way and much much more 🥶🥶🥶🥶😱😱😱
Frenchy Jr This game is very annoying now. I completed 100% of all previous map, but this one is just not difficult, it’s irritating....not good. I bet a lot of people are just giving up on Snow Runner, I’m very close.
Frenchy Jr - Something weird (glitch) happened - I rescued one car and dropped in the open area near the power station, went back and rescue the one further, in that hole. When coming back, got stuck in those trees near the east entrance, drop the second car near the first one and recover. Went back to find out that one car simply disappeared....very frustrating .... don’t know if happened to anyone...!?
instead of using a maintenance trailer i'd say a light truck like the acteon or Warthog would also work for refueling and it gives you a little bit of more power.
Thank you so much for the suggested routes in regards to delivering the metal beams. Now off to deliver the wooden planks to the poles. But first I need to cry myself to sleep.
Did this by towing the YAR (with a scout flatbed) with the Tatarin. I'm surprised everything went fine and I managed to complete both tasks on the first try.
P12 made Imandra into cake. Seriously the only truck you need. Besides 2 upgrades that after hours of effort I decided it was impossible... throw the large maintenance trailer on it with the lift/all chained, the big engine and the advanced winch (obviously AWD/Diff lock) Stability+power+going through all the small trees makes solid short cuts+not being afraid to go on 2 wheels right or left for the small gaps+patience = most fun scouting I had in the game. Oh and once you have the routes you can haul serious cargo of course.
I just unlocked imandra yesterday and wondered how to get the garage. After seeing this I feel like the cold welcome I got, has now turned into imandra shoving me in a fucking artic freezer and fucking padlocking it. Thanks for the help tho :)
I finally got a good pair of round objects to tackle imandra and I mean clocks because of my busy schedule anyway the international hx 520 because of the long narrow chassis proper tires crane and bed remarkably handles this terrain plus it's fuel consumption is quite good actually u just need the tatrin as a support only thing is more trips but long chasis keeps traction over the rocks cheers from Trinidad and Tobago West indies see you in the next cricket match
Not sure what everybody's complaining about that's the whole point to this game is to make it challenging not just a piece of cake walkthrough in the park. Just like about every Map you have to get used to it some are more difficult than others obviously I'm max level 30 very experienced. Here's a few tips when recovering the 3 plane pieces from the lake you don't have to load them on a flatbed just drive them out to the airport with a crane truck. Make sure you have chains on your tires. Use the Tuz 420 on lead to pull and escort.
I drove into Imandra with my chest out driving the Voron-D with fuel, towing the AZOV 64131, which itself had a trailer carrying the Voron-AE. Worst. Decision. Ever. Trailer got caught on EVERYTHING while the truck loaded on it fell into the ice. AZOV kept getting stuck on boulders... Loving every second of this hell
@@davidty2006 you could always recover it but is no fun. Take your biggest truck and put some chained tires on. Get as far away from the CAT as you can while still being able to connect a winch. Once connected, backup and get as close to the CAT and gun it the other direction. Maybe a good jolt can free it!
i watched your video before attempting this and you made it look a lot harder than it actually is, 11:03 just go straight up sticking to the right hand side of the map and use snow chains, also you dont need to bring metal beams all that way there are some just north of the trailer shop.
I love you're videos and will watch them before others when I need some info. I have one request, could you put an image of a map with the route you are taking, or at least at key points so that it is clear what trail, road, or section you are referring to? I eventually unlocked the garage using the Tuz Tank winching the Tayga with chained tires, and vice versa Looking at your route, it looks so much easier. I chose to traverse along the long paved icy road which is at such an incline that I flipped over several times.

Anyway great video.
I did both garage unlock missions with upgraded twin steers and it was painful. I drove them both from lake Kovd with the required materials. A huge headache. I am going to play around on the map now with different trucks to figure out which ones work the best for now.
I also found a "road difficulty map" for Imandra on reddit. Lol, the road that runs up between two cliffs from the sunken mobile change house container is not even specified.
I realise I’m 4 years late but… I got to the windy ice bit with the narrow board crossing and there were no spare wood slabs there to use. Devs nerfed them? 😢😢 Thanks for the video, hopefully I can still use the rest of the tips. 👍🏻
Oh could be, sometimes my guides have an updated version in written form. Maybe this one does, I forget, but it is always worth checking on my videos as unfortunately stuff can and does change!
@@ATribeCalledCars Thanks. Managed it with the Tayga king for the metal and a voron 4380 for the planks, close call with fuel but made it. Garage open. 👍🏻😌
i did with 3 trucks. They literally fall over 20 times, lost couple of tires and broke couple fuel tanks plus suspensions. "Annoying" is not describing this map enough.
I haven't decided if this map is really good or just too much. I find myself so frustrated at times that I get to the point of "I really can't be bothered" and then decide "Just one more go perhaps". Interestingly the trucks seem to feel the same way as almost all of them seem intent on throwing themselves on their side/roof to have a sleep. Thanks for the guide but, having watched, I am again moving towards "I really can't be bothered."
I understand, it's a painful endeavour but once done the map is more enjoyable. Just take a Tayga with one metal beam and a maintenance trailer and follow my route. Once you get a feel for the drive it's easier, just fit mud tyres and take it steady. The first half of the drive is the worst I think.

So I drove my tatarin there first, then an antartica there. Then drove another anartica there dragging the lvl 24 derrylonghorn with chained tires lol working on unlocking the garage now 😂 got several vehicles for recovery 😁
I did the first mission clearing the path first and using a Voron Grad with a semi trailer. I fixed the poles teaming up the Loadstar 1700 with the Tuz 16 Acteon that I modded (able to pull scout trailers, plus dual rear tires, even with those changes it struggles alone).
@@ATribeCalledCars I came back to the game after 2 months or so, at the start it was a bit frustrating, certainly the most annoying things are the random deep snow patches, with massive rocks on the second place, probably the other things are that they made even more trees unbreakable and there is really no missions to fix the main roads. I give the map a good for the effort, breakable Ice is a nice touch and it is pretty big but not boring at all. I was on the other hand a bit disappointed with the new trucks balance, I think they should have introduced a new class for them and not actually nerf their scouting capabilities, the F750 was bearable as a heavy hauler, but the Tuz trucks really lack the means to pull big trailers, after I added the dual rear tires and the scout trailers they were quite enjoyable, but still unable to pull big trailers properly.

Wooohooo! Wait is over. Thanks for the vid. I'm done with the first part by delivering metal planks using DAN. Stuck near the first wood block point .
U on Xbox?
I can’t imagine how many hours you put into this map, thank you, the most patient man I have ever come across
It was a long few days, I'll say that. Hopefully it stops people from throwing their controller out the window like I wanted to!
3. Go back to Lake Kovd and bring the Tayga King with flatbed and chained tyres to the trailer yard in Imandra, attach another small trailer
4. Climb hill north of the Trailer yard to get the Steel beams from the metal shipment and retrace your tracks back to the trailer yard, refuel
5. Proceed to the Magnitude of 5 blockage, if you haven't cleared it head down to the frozen lake, skirt the far left hand side until you get to the power station, unload. To be honest it is easier to use the lake than the road.
6. Refuel at power station
9. Fix power pole and now your on the top of the hill try and drop down where the river is the narrowest, you'll need to weave between the trees but it can be done
10. Once at the river climb the other side and hit "drop 2"
11. Leave the Tayga King there, I know, never leave the King but he'll be fine in the woods for a bit
12. Swap to the Yar87 and head to your new garage to activate it, then recover the King and voila, you are now set up in Imandra.
Keep up the great videos
nice work, man
Sounds good to me, I'll test it out. I couldn't be bothered scouting to save time so didn't, the fuel trailers and trailer store are enough to get you around although I did bring the maintenance trailer in case I detoured.
Thank you very much! I was able to use the Kenworth for the wooden planks with your route to get the garage. Looking forward to figuring out the rest of this map now that I have a base here
Glad to hear it! Definitely some better trucks to use these days - this guide is from years ago. Pre mods too, if I recall correctly.
i've been pounding my head against the map for a while, got halfway to the garage, looking forward to someone helping me with the route. thanks
Good luck!
@@ATribeCalledCars thanks, i finally unlocked the garage, i pretty much just followed your route with the tayga, and it worked out fine. Thanks
My liege! Thanks for this. Imandra is crazy difficult. Not sure if I find it fun or frustrating yet, to be honest. I hope Saber realizes Canada and Wyoming don't have to be these impossible death marches to be considered good.
I imagine difficulty will revert a little after this, or scale up again as it did with Lake Kovd to Imandra. But we shall see.
Thanks for this guide. Made opening the garage much easier.
Had time to watch the vid now, cheers for that, very detailed. I do like all the logistics and route planning planning involved. Just wish I got more time to play the game! I have a plan for the power line job I am going to try next time.
Hopefully you made it work!
I’m struggling so hard with this. Seems like such stupid things keep happening. Like my bed will get stuck on a tree
Yeah it's why I swapped to the Tayga, the trees are annoying. Got my 745C and 42-20 stuck so many times.
Lol
Trees are Satan in disguise in this game. So much process lost cause I accidentally straddled a tree with the CAT
use your rear winch and try to pull yourself away from that tree (it worked for me) hope you can do it 2
This is a major operation.
Nice, sounds tense.
im a few real life days in to this map and really needed a little nudge as to how to unlock the garage. I thought this map was tough, I'm glad its not just me.
My friend also rage quit twice but finally completed it, you're definitely not alone. At least now, however, you can use mod trucks.
@@luther99flame For your sanity's sake, I hope you picked up the mod "Medium log attachment" or whatever it's called 😅
I’ve spent the last 2 hours trying to get to this garage to find it locked. God knows how many rolled and stuck trucks, how many videos playin the back ground. Well thank you because I would have never figured this ou
Glad it helped, bit of a long task but definitely makes the map easier once done.
@@ATribeCalledCars also I just realized your user name, is that a play on the band called a tribe called quest

Hi there.. I'm only after getting the 2 metal planks at once to open the garage with the Kolob 74941 and the new massive trailer and delivered it with no mistakes at all! I couldn't believe i done it but what a challenge it was man! This map is just amazing.
The kolob 74941 really is a beast on this map
Maybe I'll have to dig it out (third time now haha) and give it another go. I'm doing a best truck for Imandra guide so could feature.
@@ATribeCalledCars that will be a great video.. the only thing is its not good on the tarmac road because of its tyres
I actually preferred the 74760 (I did a Kolob showdown on the channel), but there isn't a huge amount of difference.
Mad lad
Thank you for this. I was going to through my controller at my TV. Tayga King to the rescue.
Yes it's nice it's back, I try to use other trucks for video purposes but it's still one of the best in the game.
@@ATribeCalledCars I have been rocking the DAN. It has been a life saver as well.
Great truck.
Evil. Very much so.
Day 2 in Lake Kovd and already said to myself "whoever designed this map has some serious issues". This map looks even worse. Thanks for the heads up.
Wait until Imandra, I found Kovd pleasant in comparison!
@@ATribeCalledCars Had a much better time in Kovd last night thanks to your tips. Can't rush these maps.
I feel your pain bro. I have stepped back from the new maps in favour of doing the new missions and completing Michigan and Alaska too 100%
Yeah no rush, it's annoying until you get some time in on the map.
@@damonbray8002 if you are talking about the tree between the Trailer Yard and the Garage there is a small side cut around it on the lower side, it does have a mud hole in it but plenty of solid points to winch off
Same here brother! This map is stupid and I get no pleasure from it.
I ll give it a pass and wait till the next DLC comes along.
0:48 I just took the Kahn Jeepy thing and launched it off there. Easy peasy.
But that map is a PITA, just getting the trucks there in the first place is a pain.
If only I could speed up the game like the video. Nice music though.
Rambling now. Off to drive trucks on snow.
Great show Ben... Always fun to watch other people's route choices. Was excited to see the twinsteer... How is it in imandra???
i tried the twinsteer bringing the metalplanks from lake kovd, but it tips over quick with load on raised suspension, had to leave it behind and used two separate single bed trucks

Went back to find out that one car simply disappeared....very frustrating .... don’t know if happened to anyone...!?
This is a bug apparently, you're not alone.
instead of using a maintenance trailer i'd say a light truck like the acteon or Warthog would also work for refueling and it gives you a little bit of more power.
i used taiga with chained tires and service trailer
Thank you so much for the suggested routes in regards to delivering the metal beams. Now off to deliver the wooden planks to the poles. But first I need to cry myself to sleep.
The crying is part of the healing process. Good luck out there.
I am still trying to get the broken power station task done. I have spent 4 hours and 4 trucks and 2 recovers. Also two trucks falling off a cliff

Painful viewing!
Looks like fun. This is the map everybody was waiting for!*
*Warning, this sentence may contain sarcasm. ^_^
P12 made Imandra into cake. Seriously the only truck you need. Besides 2 upgrades that after hours of effort I decided it was impossible... throw the large maintenance trailer on it with the lift/all chained, the big engine and the advanced winch (obviously AWD/Diff lock)
Stability+power+going through all the small trees makes solid short cuts+not being afraid to go on 2 wheels right or left for the small gaps+patience = most fun scouting I had in the game.
Oh and once you have the routes you can haul serious cargo of course.
Yes I realize this is a year old. 🤷♂️

The 520 works well, good choice. Similar is the Voron AE-4380. Worth a look! Cheers for watching all the way in T&T. Always cool to hear!
Imandra is a frozen hell ! I spend 2 afternoons to get the warthog and all the upgrades !!
i made the dumbass decision to use my KHAN 317 Setinel with all terrain tires to get to Imandra,
the moment i moved, my truck instantly got stuck,
Not sure what everybody's complaining about that's the whole point to this game is to make it challenging not just a piece of cake walkthrough in the park.

Imandra is a beast, the rest of the maps were merely a warm up stretch.
Imagine if the next maps are even more difficult.
i watched your video before attempting this and you made it look a lot harder than it actually is, 11:03 just go straight up sticking to the right hand side of the map and use snow chains, also you dont need to bring metal beams all that way there are some just north of the trailer shop.
Unlocking this garage has been one of the biggest annoyances ever!!!! I'm almost there lol.
Idk what's worse, this, or amur.
lol yeah tough choice, I lean towards Amur but only some parts are as tough as Imandra.
Ive been trying this since the update was released even with my friends and i havent even finished the first mission yet

I love you're videos and will watch them before others when I need some info. I have one request, could you put an image of a map with the route you are taking, or at least at key points so that it is clear what trail, road, or section you are referring to? I'm finding it hard to follow exactly where you are talking about, but in my defense, I have been smoking a lot this afternoon. I need to stay medicated while playing so I don't suffer from anxiety.
Hey. There should be a link to my article in the description. I think it has map routes. Been a while since I made this guide.
@@ATribeCalledCars Thanks, I finished the garage task in Imandra with the help of your videos. I'm actually watching one now about the best lazy truxk. I am going to give the Azov 73210 a try today.

This took so long it made me miss the previous video. I eventually unlocked the garage using the Tuz Tank winching the Tayga with chained tires, and vice versa
Looking at your route, it looks so much easier. I chose to traverse along the long paved icy road which is at such an incline that I flipped over several times.
That road is what I used initially. Such a pain. There are at least two slanted ice roads I now avoid like the plague.
I wish we could change tires on individual axles. For example, chains on the rear axles and mud on front axles. I don't think it would be a huge advantage but something cool.

@@ATribeCalledCars AWD Twin Steer with chains, pick up two metal beams from Lake Covid and you are cooking with gas. :-) After that use the CAT to tow everything. Loadstar and Expedition trailer is great and upgraded F750 is a beast and doesn't fall over. The only frustration now is there seems to be several missions which are pretty much repeats of previous.
Me: Already finished the 2 missions and founding out about the garage possibility...
😢i only took 'tuz tatarin' and 'Ford f 750😢
How did it go? It is a tough task.
I spent about 2 hours just trying to get to the garage location. After watching this it’s easier to just uninstall, grieve, and move on from the game
You'll miss Canada, which is awesome.
I would like the video, but it's on 666 rn so I simply can't!
Any chance of an F-750 video? Seems to be a bit of a marmite truck and would love your thoughts on it before I go through the effort of hunting it and it's upgrades down. Keep up the good work!
That's coming soon :)
Ive waited so long for the update, that Ive lost almost all interest in the game.
You're not alone, but hopefully updates come faster now.
A Tribe Called Cars okay man a reply directly from you that fast got your notifications on for me now, but yeah i mean they better come quick because im not even bothering checking out this update now
@@calebp2255 Atleast this update, if you play for the pure challenge, is fairly nice. Next update will probably involve the 6x6 apache, and the secret (i'd assume offroad type) truck from the lake kovd original trailer.
Suck it up buttercup.
The next update is canada and new trucks with it.
Got to do the power line missions next cos I want to get the garage open. It's easy to burn through fuel fast on this map if you're not careful.
Sounds cool, you enjoying the map?
This map gives me the impression to just bring every one of my trucks.
Not a bad plan.
You have the most commercial voice I've ever heard in my entire life lol
I get so many different opinions of my voice it's amusing. I'll add commercial to the list.
I just got two trucks near the garage.gotta get the tayga king and the step, the tuz 16.
Every fleet needs these trucks! The 310 is actually decent these days.
