I find it funny how I was looking for a 64mm F-16 and was about to get the PNP 64mm F-16 by Horizon Hobby, and while watching a video about it I saw this and got so excited lol, y'all are way better anyway!
Congratulations Wess! The Boozer family earned this for certain in my humble opinion! Have a few freewing motion RC planes. Will be buying this one Many-X over. Look forward to more new models to come
Thanks Tyson (Wes) can’t be happier to work for the best RC company in the world. It’s truly like working with family here and I hope to be here many years to come.
I know this seems late but could there be screws to secure the wings instead of glue? Not so much for transport purposes but more for replacing them in case one or two get damage in a crash. Can there be like an update for that m? Or at least a modification? Cheers from 🇬🇧
Great flying 64mm F-16. Looking at this one or the FMS/Rochobby. We're you using a gyro and if so, does the elevon set up (delta) make programming a gyro more difficult?
I should be doing my maiden flight in a few days. When it comes to center of gravity I’ve got the admiral recommended for S 2200 battery in it. When I got the battery pushed back all the way almost touching the nose wheel servo linkage it still appears to be just a tad nose heavy referencing the recommended center of gravity. Anyone have any input on if this still works well or if I need to add weight to the tail?
@@MotionRC thanks, you guys have awesome customer support, it really helped out since FedEx had a few shipment tracking issues, got it solved the same day I ordered it( yesterday) and it is arriving tomorrow
As long as you land slow in grass we have not damaged them yet. But with a bad landing it could happen. They are only held on with screws so you can take them off if you would like to.
I have experience flying the Eachine Mini F22 and can fly it without any problems. Is the F16, therefore, a good next step towards becoming a true RC jet pilot?
Depends. 70mm is awesome if you have the 6s batteries and a hard surface to take off from. But if you have 2200 4s batteries and need to hand launch then the 64 might be the one for you 😉
Well, this looks like a GREAT addition to the freewing 64mm line up!
4s BOOM!
Rudder BOOM!
Thrust reverse BOOM!
Cheap Price BOOM!
This is the early version with 2 servos, 3300kv motor. Still flies so good. The newer F16 has 4 servos, 2850kv motor.
I’ve watched to the end of the video and it sounds like this one is perfect for beginners along with the F-18 and the F-22

Reminds me of the discontinued Eflite 64mm F-16 but with a rudder!
And reverse thrust 😉
I still have the f16 nice flyer
Wes on Fire!
Great show.
Great little plane. I love it. But had trouble on flight #10. ESC went bad only putting out 3 volts no control crashed nose first into the ground.
Nice demo flight showing the capabilities of the little 16. Great flying Wes!
Thanks 👍 David!

And many more!
Please keep this from the discontinued pile. Make it the everyday flayer!
Fun 4 channel f16. Amazing

Great Job Wes, Love that flying

No gyro in this video but it can have one just set it up like a flying wing
Excellence all the way around.
Great flying
Thanks for watching!

iv just hooked it all up, the CG still seems nose heavy with the battery pushed right upto the steering servo
Gawd I am so excited I am getting mine tomorrow
Nice! Enjoy it!

I am buying from the eu btw
Looks great, i think i will halve the length of the ventral fins for grass landing.
Are there any after burners available for that jet?
looks sweet!!
BRING IT ON BROTHER
I'm going to buy 2. And a 3rd if comes in white base
Do the dorsal strakes get damaged with wheels off landing?
As long as you land slow in grass we have not damaged them yet. But with a bad landing it could happen. They are only held on with screws so you can take them off if you would like to.
I love the new airplane.
Are you using a gyro?
Looks awesome. Unfortunately mine landed hard waiting for a replacement front landing 😕
Sorry to hear that
@@MotionRC going back to the airfield to try and find the hook part of the landing gear in a few.

Wondering if I should get this or the 70mm version. Which one would you recommend?

@@MotionRC Which one would be easier to fly for a new EDF pilot?
Whats the use of rudder? 😂 i dont even use rudder. When i fly. Just aileron & elevator
Hello @motionrc , What's the maximum speed of this wonderful f16 ?
She could hit 100mph for sure.
