I got my Anchorage Dev 30 a few days ago. Def my fav research ship EVER. My Ägir is 23, I had to slow down a bit because of cube and coin consumption unfortunately
The saddest part of AvP is she kinda being overshadowed by ark royal retro. People scared to invest in a pr that has a flimsy grasp on the thing she good at. But man when she at 30 she is good and people we haven't seen her fate simulation yet so yeah..
Yea, the main advantage of Ark Royal (and I'm constantly using her since I got her pretty soon after I started playing) is that you can make her pretty useful pretty fast, especially since she is only an elite ship and purple Bulins aren't that rare and the retrofit isn't extremely expensive. I have her at max level for example and I haven't even started thinking about beginning PR4

I like how you give your personal experience is with using the ships instead of just saying her stats are big she's the best or she's rare so of course she's going to be good. One thing I personally have noticed in this game is that rarity does not equal how well a ship preforms.
perfect example is San Juan, she's a rare / blue, and one of the best AA CLs in the game, behind the Sandy army(Sandy retro, Sandy non retro, and lil Sandy)

ya, Reno is 2nd in AA overall right behind miss #1 herself but the Reno is an SR, so she is expected to be good(and she is, I use her as one of my 13-4 ships) (assuming all 125s) San Juan is rare and is still both 5th in CL AA and tied for 5th, with NJ, in overall AA
No brainer anchorage, her smokescreen helps the survivability of some fragile vanguards(like the air raid assistance ships) a lot, which is really crucial in opsiren. Also, indeed her dmg is quite underwhelming, but you have three vanguards, usually one as a tank, one as a dmg dealer and one as a support. Sure, drake or roon muse do hurt much much more, but they are too fragile to be in the main tank position when facing high pressure fights like some abyssal bosses with vanguard bonus dmg or zombie healing skills. Basically in the vanguard tanking position, Anchorage is the BEST ship in current state. I would even say she is a little bit better than Agir. Also at the end of the day, your backline is what matters when it comes to dmg dealing.
I would prefer the German planes skill from AvP to be like the one from Graf Zeppelin, where you only need 1 German plane for the higher efficiency. Just put the Golden fighter and pick for example Helldivers and you still have the full efficiency

Anchorage is my go to tank after i finished Agir. Also that smokescreen saved my VG in Meta Soryu's barrage before the end the battle where your vanguard instantly dies. She basically Tanks it all and protects the VG very well. I actually liked AVP . I paired her with Ticonderoga & Enterprise which is actually pretty good since i don't have a maxed Shinano. Id say AVP is pretty comparable to Ark. With a better slow and a niche at Light and Med Enemies. Ark royals my go to if its Heavy.
You forgot about one more reason that makes anchorage better than AvP to invest,And that is ark royal retro.Basically royal navy equivalent of AvP who's easier to get,easier to raise,and even arguably better than AvP in most situations.
No, I mentioned there are better carriers end game like Shoukaku/Shinano/Ark Royal/Centaur etc in the video. I said use AvP if you don't have Shinano because you started late because there's no other better option for a 3rd slot along side Shoukaku or Centaur and Ark Royal.
disagree with the marco polo statement. My peaks for Meta Souryuu fights using BB fleets, which is around 1.2m, have all used Marco Polo, with her doing usually doing 300k+. And this is without using VV or even an italian tank.
My Marco also do quite well on META and most contents except PvP (because there's better ships for it). Even on the screenshot kimocheese have MP did quite good against Howe which is a specialized boss clear BB. She's just not for the content kimo have tested on lol. She's a straight up mob clearing ship and not a boss killer at all she's way better than Monarch as well imo. Hell I'm using her for w14 clears and she's doing way better than Howe or Monarch, a shit ton better.
I don't know if you've made a video about it, but how do you develop your ships so fast and how do you get so many blueprints? Is that possible as a F2P player? I get a laughable slow amount of blueprints from the Research Laboratory and from the event shop. Doing the combat data collection takes weeks for a single ship and I have only one ship at development level 30 (the others aren't even close). I decided to go for it today and spent 9k oil... and my combat data collection went only up by 9 or 10%.

And for the 15 prints you'll have to spend 8250 coins for them, so the coin sink is a bit huge with the lots of things you'll need coin for and 2-1 nerfed, but at least 6 of those prints only cost 900 coins, so if you're low on coins and need to spend them on other things, at least buying 6 prints for 900 coins is doable daily
as the game progress, so does the skillset description. at this point we are so used at those self buffing skills on BB that when case like Marco Polo, we aren't going to comfortable with it except waifu reasons. and now i forgor

I'm new recently maybe 2 and a half week playing my first pr i'm working on it is saint louis, (bc it was the only one I could unlock) almost finished im at 66% of the 2 million exp :') but the one i'm most interested on unlocking is Friedrich but I don't get the iron blood tech points can someone explain it to me?
Remember that unlocking them is the ez part the hard is the Blueprint, u need 500+ for PR and 700+ for DR.... without dev levels they are extremely weak, you need Dev25+ to be useful
You get tech points for a faction by max limit breaking and/or leveling ships of that faction to 120. Ironblood tech points are the hardest to get because there are very few Ironblood ships compared to the other major factions.
Tech points come from obtaining ships from a specific faction and limit breaking them fully. you also get a boost of tech points by max levelling them. Many people will take a boat to level 70 just to limit break them for the tech points. I have retired a bunch of boats after doing this. KMS ships are harder to come by early game. You can purchase the battlecruiser Scharnhorst in the core data shop for 1200 core points. The light cruiser Koln sisters drop in most early maps. There is even a KMS event replay in the war archives section. you can get a few basic kms destroyers there.
@@arieloliver3219 don't worry you can get all the Pr1 ship blueprint in exchange of Gold(8250 discount prints for Gold), don't research Pr1 for the most part, research other Pr series even if you can't unlock their ships, that way you will have the prints. Well you may be in luck. The developers said there will be another UR ship from construction before the end of the year and people are guessing it's probably going to be a Shinano rerun. Save those cubes.
@@xtstonex they still have to rerun northern Overture, skybound oratorio and aurora noctis first before they even rerun Shinano's event. Also consider all the new events in between and other stuff, we won't be seeing Shinano until mid late 2022 at best.

Anchorage got to dev 30 a few weeks ago. Love her, and her skin in WoWs is amazing. Love her little sister Rochester too.

Unpopular opinion: I really hate the fleet tech points requirements for the PR2, PR3 and PR4 shipgirls, why can't it be like PR1?

So basically Parseval is slightly better Zeppelin then, with extra dmg to specific type of enemies instead buff all planes efficiency.
