I bought mine from B&M yesterday (1.6ltr version - £40). Incredible piece of kit. I came here looking for recipe ideas. Yesterday's maiden voyage involved four average sized carrots, a medium red onion, two birdsye chillies, four cloves of garlic, a large red pepper, a veg stock cube and a dash of chilli powder and black pepper. The results were pretty epic tastewise, although lessons learned regarding the viscosity. I'll throw in some potato and/or more ingredients next time to thicken it up a bit.

Hi Simon, they all have this safety feature and is normally down to the ingredients causing them to stick and burn on the hotplate. If you email us on customerhelpline@morphyrichards.co.uk we can give you some help. Thanks
When you go to the frozen section of the supermarket and buy those frozen things that you claim to be "vegetables" just don't expect them to be healthy and nutritious
I bought one of these this year and the soups it makes are so good. Curried cauliflower and coconut is one of my favs to make.
I dont do cauliflower but this sounds interesting!
Lovin a bit of Barry Lewis. I trust him, so I'll get one.
I do love my Murphy Richards kitchen tools, and the soups are great and ready in a short time 😊

I would have called it the Soup-er Dooper soup creator !
Just got my soute one this morning but how can i keep it warm ; do i need to leave it on or off.
Hi Christina, if this does not have a keep warm feature, you would have to re-heat in the microwave. Ashley
@@LoveYourMorphyUK but I got the soute one thinking that it did have one x
@@cristinapamart2818 Sorry no the only ones with keep warm are models 501022 and 501020. Ashley
@@LoveYourMorphyUK it’s ok I’m really happy with it x
Ok I'm off out to buy one omg
Got mine today, but something tells me my soup wont turn out as delicious looking as the one in this video.. Thanks for posting
How do I Saute? Do I need to do it in another Pot? If the Soup maker Sautes does it need anything added, like oil?
You'd have to do it in another pot
With this soup maker, yes! But there is another one Morphy Richards 501014 Saute & Soup Maker that would do it for you.
That looks nice🥰🥰
It was! We'd love to see you give it a go 😊
for how many people you can make soup? or how many bools like that?
Hi there, This soup maker has a 1.6 litre capacity and we recommend this provides roughly 4 soup bowls. The model number is 501022. Thanks, Richard.

Why is my morphy richards soup maker not working
Just purchased one, When using fresh vegetables do I need to cook these first? Thanks
Hi Julie, you don’t need to cook fresh veg first - just chop it up and add to the soup maker and you’re away!
Morphy Richards ok great thanks for replying! great piece of kit 😀
Do you put the water/stock in cold or boiling?
Hi Carl, if stock I would mix with boiling then add cold to reduce to a warm mix. Ashley
@@LoveYourMorphyUK That's great thank you. If I was to add say, chicken, ham or bacon pieces, could I add these at the same time as the veg and stock etc? My souper maker doesn't arrive until Thursday so I'm not sure of the answer lol
@@carlhamilton8531 I would add a little liquid first to cover the plate, then the ingredients then the rest of the liquid. Ashley
@@LoveYourMorphyUK Do you put the stock cubes/stock pot in whole or do they need to be dissolved in the water jug?
@@carlhamilton8531 I dissolve but can be put in whole. Ashley

Hi Ankur, you can also use fresh veg to make delicious soups with our soup makers!
You do realise that a lot of veg is frozen as soon as it is picked?
Frozen veg has been shown to have more vitamins than many "fresh" veg sold in supermarkets.
Nonsense they are fresher than the ones you buy in a shop and use days later!
Not for me thanks
He yaps way too much, which makes it a very boring video.
Yeah. It is kind of yappy. I tuned him out after about 20 seconds.
Charming
What an ignorant person you are , you came here for some free advice and you still criticise.
