I love your thoughts and perspective at the end there man, and I appreciate what you’re doing with this channel. I think at the end of the day we all just need to be real with ourselves whether our individual choices are coming more from a collector or music lover/explorer stance, because I think we all have a bit of both driving our purchases.
No doubt. A lot of RUclips “VC” is sort of thematically sound junkie. That’s part of my DNA too but I wish there was a bigger tent/diversity of voices. We all have to follow our own distinct vinyl mental illnesses
I just wanted to say that I love your suggestions and just the simplicity of your videos, presenting the records and then having a needle drop! Simply wonderful!!
man i just love this channel. the straightforward presentation, the killer recommendations, the deep assessments of the music shown and of collecting in general -- it's all great fun and a breath of fresh air!
Thanks dude. I’ve tried to stray away from a vinyl-biography-thing and just stick to the records. The music/records are more interesting than me that’s for sure
Love that Bobbi album!
A Night in Tunisia.....woooo classic!
I use to train Bobby Humphrey at Jack La Lanes on 86th street in the 80's.
Big John Patton - with Grant Green, Bobby Hutcherson & Otis "Candy" Finch, nice!

New follow, appreciate this form of content. Definitely filling a gap in the VC on YT.
Que maravilla. Por desgracia en Europa no encuentras estos precios. Gran album el de Freddie Hubbard! Saludos!
Yes, but you do have better food. Pros and cons my friend!
Picked up the Baker Kuti Albums up in the 90s for about £5 each
Rarely come across that record anymore. Wish I had a Time Machine for a lot of stuff

Was that the Attic in Millvale on that price tag?
Indeed (and good eye). One of my favorite record stores of all time
