Hope Baby Frank is feeling better for Christmas day. Home made sausage rolls are one of those things that bring back memories of growing up. Sunday afternoons were for baking. There was 5 of us in the house. Mum used to do loads of baking for packed lunches during the week. She'd make 2 batches of sausage rolls as the first lot out of the oven barely had time to cool enough to not burn your mouth 😀 I do prefer puff pastry for them though over shortcrust but do agree, shop bought pre made pastry is so good and cheap these days, why spend time making it. Especially the time you need to make puff pastry.

That looks a great Cosori twin drawer though they are a bit late to the party. I have the Instant Vortex twin with glass and light and absolutely love it, I only use my Cosori 5.5l for dishes too big for the twin. I can honestly say, being able to turn on the light and view the cooking progress without opening the drawer puts an air fryer in a different league. Having a twin where foods in the separate drawers can be sync'd to finish same time is also great. Still loving your videos, thanks for sharing❤
They look delicious! If only I had the patience to learn how to use an air fryer. I’ve had no oven for 7 months and I’m moving in February but I’ll still have to buy an oven. The kitchen is tiny but I’ll have to find a way, hopefully my wheelchair will be ok when I use the lower counter for chopping and preparing.

I bought a Tower air fryer just before I found you both, it's fine but the symbols are really small, next time I will get a Casori now it's got two draws

Sharon did them for about 6-8 mins on 160 on the bake setting.
I don't know how Sharon does it she is wonder woman and she as to put up with Mr b 😂😂😂
