I love fish pie my grandfather was a fisherman and my brothers and i had nothing but the best Mr Paul Hollywood that was when we were growing up in Cape Town
Thank you for uploading these videos. During the lockdown I worked my way through 'How to Bake', recipe by recipe. I've baked bread and pastry since I was 13 and am now no longer a youngster, but I learned a lot and am a better baker for it. Thank you, Paul. On to fish pies!

The best fish pie I had on my vacation last year was in Dundee at The Ship Inn. It had smoked haddock in it which really took it up a notch. I live in Pacific Northwest so we different fish so may I will try smoked salmon, but I am going to try to recreate it.

Has anyone got a recipe for flapjacks made with black treacle. Has them once in the Lake District but have never found them anywhere since.
Your fish pie, Paul, was baked at 200 degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit?
It would be Celsius. It would never bake at 200F.
These CAN BE FORGOTTEN KISSES> Make at night turn the oven on at 250" make your kisses and then place in the oven and turn off the stove and go to bed. when you wake up they are done

Try dry martini or even a dry white wine. I'm going to use that tonight, but don't forget that fennel has an aniseed taste. It probably won't be too strong though and will just give a nice flavour to the fish.
