Fans do make some realistic routines but again its the gymnast who has to perform those connection not the fans. If one skill is off there's no connection especially how the judges have been judging this code, you can take mustafina for example . Kara relies on ring jumps to maximize the d score.

    • @MD-722
      @MD-722 2 года назад

      @Gymnastics Fun Failure to receive credit for certain skills; failure to receive credit for certain connections; receiving for certain skills but acquiring deductions that outweigh their start values; failing to stick dismounts (which was the bane of even the greatest such as Yang Bo) and several other things. Falls are just one aspect of consistency.

    • @MD-722
      @MD-722 2 года назад

      @Gymnastics Fun You're not actually making a point. Consistency is not determined by one problem, consistency means performing as cleanly as possible as regularly as possible. If someone constantly gets more deductions than their DV can balance then they are inconsistent--even if they stay on the beam.
      There are inconsistent floor workers but that's not because they fall all the time, it's because they do not perform their skills with sufficient enough execution the majority of the time. So again, falling is not the sole parameter of consistency, it is one aspect.
