I remember roller skating to I Can't Live a Dream when I was 9-10 years old. When that song was played, EVERYBODY wearing skates would come out on the floor and dance skate our local skate line dances. Awesome memories. ❤
What amazing family i have always admired the osmonds for their music and talent great performance by them all the brothers involved and of course their sister too
They are all a miracle; they sound great still. And what showmen! They involve the audience and make ti fun for everyone. And their goodness just radiates!
Oh Yes.... The Plan was the best album, music wise, content wise, arrangements, everything..... what an amazing album that still is..... beyond epochs or genres..... thanks so much!! :)
I was lucky enough to go to Vegas for this weekend ...and I will never forget it, to see all six brothers back together again was a dream come true for me. I have always loved the Osmonds....and I always will...........I will say, it was a shame the dropouts didnt back the Osmonds, because I do love those guys.
I believe some people had a difficult time with them aging out of the pop star phase and simply growing up. Others did not appreciate the conceptual album, “The Plan”. Like many fans, I grew up when they did, married and moved forward. Perhaps some fans dropped out but also possible that the representatives of the Osmond family could not see profits with their personal growth. It was a huge loss for music. I saw them twice as a teen before the Donny & Marie Show. Live, no auto tune! Grateful!

Who wrote "IM A LITTLE BIT COUNTRY...IM A LITTLE BIT ROCK AND ROLL". I love that it's back in the mainstream!! I'd buy a truck, yeah buddy! I want to thank you guys for making a little girl oh so very happy, when there wasn't much to be happy about. Yes, she is me. But, even loving you (Donny) from a distance ... helped me to believe in love, and it didn't have to hurt. Saved me $$$$ in therapy!😋 🙏🙏🙏 God Bless you all!

And love the song so much it's on my I Pod. Smile. Although I loved Donny's voice I always had a huge crush on Merle and Jay Equally. Hate to be Captain Obvious but Merrill is an Osmond Brother (duh huh) and has been the group's default lead singer since they started recording and touring.
