I haven't been around for the first 24 of your 25 years (what was I thinking?), but I'll definitely be around the next 25. Congrats on 25 years, Trolls! See you in 3 weeks.
In 2008, while on honeymoon, my wife and I stopped into a game store and purchased some books. Among them was a copy of Castles & Crusades. Me, being a five-star doofus, never got around to reading the book, and instead I went on with whatever other game I was playing at the time. Then moving happened and books were sacrificed to lighten the load. That honeymoon C&C tome left my shrinking collection. Flash forward to tonight, in the wild year of 2024 A.D., and I find myself picking up a new copy of Castles & Crusades in a local game store, thinking that it sounded awfully familiar. I spent ten minutes flipping through and scanning the pages. I am now at home and am the proud owner of all of the Castles & Crusades books that store had available. Here's to you guys and your awesome game. I look forward to seeing where this investment takes me and my group in the years to come. Also, here's to reading game books until 4am and then browsing RUclips for videos about the game because reading just wasn't enough. Congratulations on your twenty-five years!
Even though you are a competitor, I take great pride in seeing how you have carried on the tradition. I think Dave Arneson would have been impressed as well.

Loved seeing those pics of Tylermo in the mix! This brings back memories for sure. 😀
Looking through all these pictures did. I had a good one of you and Mike at one of the Troll Cons, but Grace didn't include it I don't think! :)
We had some good times, Liz. Say hello to Mike for me.
