Interessant, wie verhält es sich denn, wenn ich keine Konten, keine Immobilie habe bzw. auch nicht miete, keine Vermögenswerte in Deutschland mehr habe, meine Bürotätigkeit als Freelancer für eine deutsche Firm als Handelsvertreter von Deutschland aus nach Nordzypern verlagere? Bin ich dann noch beschränkt steuerpflichtig? Wenn ich dafür ein Gewerbe in Südzypern anmelde, dann sind es die 12%, wie aber sieht es aus, wenn ich in Dubai mein Business anmelde in der Free-Zone, aber in Nordzypern lebe???
Zur unbeschränkten Steuerpflicht bei Tätigkeit in einer int. Organisation wie z.B. dem EPO eine generelle Frage:
Wenn für einen Bediensteten die folgende Regelung bei der Einkommensbesteuerung galt: "Die Aktivbezüge der Bediensteten der EPO sind von den staatlichen Einkommensteuern befreit, wobei ein Progressionsvorbehalt zulässig ist (Art. 16 Abs. 1 Sätze 2 und 3 PPI)." , bedeutet das, dass keine unbeschränkte Steuerpflicht galt ? Damit würde eine Grundvorraussetzung der beschränkten Steuerpflicht fallen, wenn ein Deutscher bei diesen Voraussetzungen innerhalb von 5 Jahren nach Beendigung der Tätigkeit auswandern würde.

ich habe im Internet gelesen, dass eine Nord-Zypern Adresse bei westlichen Banken und Brookern nicht akzeptiert wird. Ob das stimmt weiß ich allerdings nicht. Sollte das stimmen, wäre das doch etwas problematisch.
