Military provides structure and organization which are essential tools that we use in every day life that we take for granted

Still, there are also a lot of drawbacks to the Military, which is why we, the people, be it vets, civilians, or soldiers, must do our job to change the military for the better and to improve upon it even if it means turning the military away from a force that destroys, to a power that builds, or engages in rescue operations.

This couldn't be me. I'm an engineer and technician. Its our job and reason for being to think of better ways and make them work. Drill Sergeant or anyone else shouldn't tell engineers what to do, rather what you want done and a time frame and not ask how or why. Just know it will be done in the time allotted.
