      beloved by, absolutely yes. Work Into the stretch gently and slowly and use your breath with each stage of the stretch.

      You're a young woman! It's never ever contraindicated to stretch daily and exercise daily to keep the body healthy and live longer!
      The benefits are STAGGERING!

      @@dannac_8888 very true, stretching is something we can do at any age . It doesn't have to be the splits but keeping supple is so beneficial you are right. x

    Absolutely ineffective approach. Hands should be on objects over the floor, body should be vertical, quadriceps of bottom leg should act.
