Jason - It's really awesome watching you and Lorraine become more and more comfortable on camera. The transformation for both of you has been incredible and your family is doing an amazing job with the channel. Have a great day!
OH I want some they are just all so cute !! Hey use those pallets as they are fabulous for composting. Guardian Geese wow you wait for the noise hahaha. You are all doing an amazing job with your animals- so caring. Great video Guys. Cheers Denise- Australia
A friend recently shared a video of the sizable wild turkeys near his home coming in to take dust baths in the pile of wood stove ashes they dumped near the treeline especially for that purpose. The turkeys LOVED it, and made quite the dust cloud shaking off the excess when they finished. It was fun to watch them enjoy it so much.
Please give my love and prayers to ART and BRI and family. I sure miss them. I miss you all. I love you. Thank you. I watched every one of your VLOGS. Thank you Jason and Lorraine. I appreciate you. 3 pick ups today. Funny how they mailed them to different post offices. I enjoyed the trip to see where the chicks come from when you went. CHOW. Chinese people greating is. Knee How means Hello. Knee How...
Hey Jason, your trailer hitch on the Gravely. The trailer hitch on the Gravely goes between the ears on the trailer tongue so one is on top and one on the bottom of the hitch and the pin goes through the top ear then the hitch then through the bottom tongue flange. You can put a damaging angle on it the way its hooked up now with both flanges on top of the hitch. Love your videos and the you're going to eating a lot of turkey next year! -Russ (Florida)
How exciting!!! I love how you use the things you can from the supplies left in the barn. It’s remarkable how much you have accomplished in a short while! Wishing you God’s richest blessings!!!
My friend has a homestead and she only got 1 goose to protect the chickens and ducks. She won't get another one to keep him company. He tries to hang out with the ducks, but they always ditch him. It's so sad. He follows them to the pond, they leave him. He follows them back to the coop, they go crazy and quack at him. It's so sad to see how lonely he is. So I'm glad you got 2.
I like the fact that you dont let your beard grow long, down to your chest. YOU LOOK NEAT ALL THE TIME. Love your channel and have been watching a long time. Your new place is beautiful.
Jason- I absolutely love seeing all the growth happening on the new homestead. I see great things in your future! I’m waiting for the milk cow to show up…what are you waiting for??! Blessings 💖🙏
Jason just let yourself believe as if you have always been on this property! Just relax letting your keen organizing skills kick in, settle into this new routine 🤠
I never thought to eat the top of the strawberries-I will now! Why not. Greens are so good for us. Love your videos and learning about your new home. Thank you
Chicks at a different than usual post office has happened to another youtuber - So I guess ya'll need ask WHICH post office. I sure enjoy watching your chicks, geese, turkeys. I plan to raise quail, next year.
@Jason, The joy you expressed over getting your new ZT mower made me remember what a game changer it was getting ours. That hitch attachment makes getting things done with the wagon so much easier! I recommend that you hook it up with the hitch between the forks on the wagon handle. That will allow more freedom of movement without binding as you negotiate uneven terrain. It's probably stronger that way too :)
Hey Jason. We did the same thing with the Geese they are so funny. Suppppppper loud and we love them. They protect the chickens and st times put them in their place lol (FL)
Geese as protectors? Excellent idea... I might be able to buy goslings because a great pyrenees is a very slim chance. I love this channel since you were introduced via Justin Rhodes greenhouse build. Love that you've got your larger homestead
Awesome seeing you expanding! I think you will be happy with your turkeys. We have broad breast bronze, thy are a year old 1 Tom and 2 hens these are our breeders. Jake our Tom is 50+lbs the Hens are about 30 , thy are good breeders, we have eggs in the incubator now and 100% viable. Love your videos keep up the good work, God bless and stay safe.
Love the bronze turkeys. I raised 3 toms. They make great livestock guardians. And they were very tasty. There's just something about the flavor of the food you raise yourself. It's hard to explain to those who have never experienced it. It's like trying to tell someone how different and better homegrown tomatoes taste as compared to store bought. Turkey and chicken are the same...so much better.
You and Lorraine look so happy since your move. All your new peepers look healthy and fine. So if you have working guard geese, does that mean you won't eat them?? Pallets are always good to have on hand for extra lumber. Be safe. 💞
They are so loud! We have 2 African geese and always know what's going on. I can hardly wait to see how turkeys go. I'm thinking next year we may try them. I had to make a deal with hubby only one new animal a year. This year it's muscovy ducks.
Your turkeys are they not the American Broad brested Bronze. I am raising the same kind.Mine are old enough that the males have darker heads @ the females are lighter. Homegrown turkey is alot better than from the store. Take care Shirley
You've really done a lot in the few months you've been there. Loving the geese.
The look on Jason's face introducing the all the new poultry, was hilarious! 4 months in and you guys hit the ground running! Awesome!
