Just stumbled across this video,I've travelled extensively across Spain (and that South coast)and this is one of the best videos I have ever seen. I'm going to explore the rest of your content now!
Thank you so much for so much information !!!!!!! I thought I had done so much research for our trip, but you pulled out all the stops and have helped me create an even bigger bucket list lol
@@OurWildHorizons No - thank-YOU honestly. I am about to get a house there - but 1st I'll arrive in a new camper-van with two cats...and so your film really meant such a lot to me...please keep up the artistry
Beautiful video guys! 😍 I will definitely add these places to my list. I plan on doing my first vanlife trip going from Slovenia - Italy - Spain - Portugal - France - Switzerland - Austria - Slovenia and have been collecting these types of videos to remember locations just like this. Can't wait to see where you go next. ☺️
Thank you soo much! I literally was pausing the video to go look up these places! Def off the beaten track.. I loved your commentary too :) I'm planning 1 month arounnd Spain/ Europe from Ireland.. so we'll see what I can do :) Thanks so much for the video and info. Amazing filming skills btw!
Thank you for watching! I’m glad you’ve got some new spots to see. We loved them all so much and couldn’t believe how varied Spain was. Hope you have an amazing trip!
love the video! i am currently in Altea in my converted ford galaxy, just traveling around, headed south. but after i have seen your video i am going a bit north again, to see the places from your video.
Oh that's great to hear! We spent a few nights near Altea. We think Valencia was our favourite region in all of Spain. Hope you have a great time visiting the spots :)
Ahhh, what a wonderful summary of the trip! Looks absolutely amazing. Frigiliano is definitely on my bucket list 🙌🏻✨ thank you for all the inspo as always! X
I really enjoyed watching this. You took us to so many beautifil places. And the way you made this video doing narration with lovely Brit accent, cool angles even w/ a drone and.nice music makes this fun to watch. Well done mates!
Ohh thank you so much writing all that down!! We're so glad to read that. Haha, Beth is delighted that you enjoyed her accent, we don't hear that very often!

HHHHaaahhaaa again cracked me up....as the 'give us a cheeky thumbs up' jake takes loo out to desert to poo....hahahahaha perfect timing hahaha still giggling !! Ah that's awesome! So glad you could watch our journey around it. There's so many places that just don't get the credit they deserve. Thanks for watching!!
Another great video❤️I wonder why Spain's tourist board don't show these special parts of their country? This actually makes me want to visit! It's not all Costa del sol high rises and burger bars. Jake's flicking the loo roll with a flourish made me giggle🤣
@@esperpentastico I see what you mean❤️we live in a beautiful area on the Jurassic coast but in the summer months it's invaded by so many tourists who leave litter😢
Youve been im my hometown 🥰 i can't believe! People would not normally visit Mérida but is beautiful. Next time i recommend you visit Jerte very close to Mérida. Its a nature reserve. Beautiful video guys!
Ah we'd love to explore more of the area but unfortunately it was only a quick stop off this time. We will be back someday so thanks for the recommendation!
When I went to Spain we went to a really bad part in our opinion that we didn’t like (apart from the cave beach thing as there was so many fish) and it’s great to see that so many places are actually amazing and I can’t wait to visit them
@@OurWildHorizons it was a place called Tossa de mar, we stayed in a campsite there, it could be that we just didn’t visit the best place in that place but i we were disappointed but I can’t wait to explore other places in Spain
How beautiful Span is. Way too scary with the flood. We are happy nothing major happened to you or your van. We are currently traveling through Spain in our van and some places you shared might be worth to visit! Maybe see you here soon?!😀
Thanks nice and need put together and not "faces in cam" but as "beautiful places " loved it and useful to the viewers of where to go and explore. Thanks again 🤩 so looking forward to get going myself in the end of summer.
Great video. We're starting a 3 week adventure in Spain on Oct 2nd. I noticed you were dressed warm quite often, how cold was it and what time of year were you there?
That’s exciting! Hope you have a lovely time!! It wasn’t too cold actually but Beth is a cold blooded creature so can usually be found in winter clothes throughout the year! But it was around 13-20 degrees I think :) the nights were chilly and there was often a cold breeze! So bring winter and summer clothes :) The north of Spain snows so it depends where you are going :)
Following what you did on the map. Observed that most of the first half of your road trip was to small, near to each other minor places near Malaga, then once you left the coast seems like you were driving like crazy to Extremadura then almost to Santander. Must have been crazy driving!
Hi :) thank you for watching! We did this road trip over many months and saw a lot of places, we didn’t film them all as we were really just enjoying life, so in between all of these places we saw a lot. The reason we rushed the end is because it’s illegal for people from the UK to spend longer than 3 months in Spain. We were lucky enough to start travelling in Spain before brexit but when January hit, we had to start counting our days so we didn’t get in any trouble :) So yes at the end we did have to rush back to avoid being banned from the country 😇
Thank you! Ah so you need to find Xativa on park for night and then find the green tree below it, I’m sorry that there isn’t an easier way to share it! It you find Gandia on the coast then trace a straight line west and you should see Xativa 😊
Although I watched all your Spain vlogs already it was so so lovely to see all these amazing spots again. 😊 I'm not sure if I asked you already or if you mentioned it but is that mwb movano? We are on a hunt for one at the moment as well or renault master but they are incredibly hard to find because of the high demand at the moment. Do you have any tips of what to look for when we manage to test drive one? Thank you so much.x
thank you so much for watching our videos!! :) Yes ours is a movano mwb! We got ours on eBay pretty cheap but back then prices are normal, prices have gone up so much now since the pandemic!! Hope you find one :) Nothing specifically to look out for, just the general stuff, I'm not an expert! but there is a group on Facebook called "Vauxhall Movano and Renault Master From Van To Campervan" :) someone there might be able to give you some advice! :)
Looking for places to visit in Spainin the spring, I found this video. It’s exceptional, not just the places you went..the production and cinematic filming 🙌❤
Yeah in Spain it's very easy to find spots to sleep at! We never really stayed in city centres but smaller towns and places in the countryside were great :)
Completely changed my view of Spain!
It has so much variety! :)
I love this completely different side of Spain than what you usually see and hear about
There was so much variety! The mountains are what surprised us the most!

Because that kind of "fast tourism" leaves some money and leaves the nice places free for us Spanish people ;)
