13x19 option is not available in my printer setting neither is "user defined.. I have wf7720

Mines doesn't have that option, that says tray or cassette. But I have a rear paper feed slot

I have the Xp970 and so far can’t figure out how to print from my phone to the 11x17 size. I went to advanced options on my phone but 11x17 isn’t even a choice, any ideas?

Does your printer print slow? I converted mine, and it takes more than 5 minutes to print 1 page. Or did you do anything to speed up the printer?

I did everything you said to do, but my printer keeps eating the sub paper and it gives me a message that the printer couldn't print my image...and it bunches up inside the machine.

Soooo mine randomly stops in between printing saying it doesn’t recognize the ink. It’s a hassle. Do you go through that? Also do you allow the printer to do automatic updates?

No!!! Do not allow your printer to do updates!! This can be the reason it won't recognize them.
