You are so incredibly helpful! I'm very new to sublimating and I've been struggling with the quality and color output of my et-15000 printer. Your settings and thorough explanations really helped me to finally get prints up to my standards. Across all my research as well, no one demonstrated how dull the print comes out of the printer vs how it looks after being properly sublimated. Thank you so much for walking through each step with such care, sincerely appreciated!
Finally, a video of yours where I can watch without having to make a few purchases from Amazon because of you. The sublimation oven was a good purchase, lol. Seriously, thanks for this video because my settings kept changing every single time back to default for some reason. Hopefully it stays.

Hey Delonda I love your Presentation I watch you All The Time. I've learned a lot from you. But when you were doing this presentation, it was a little bit fast and you have to remember that everyone is not working off the same printer as you. I just want to say to you, thank you! This video has helped me sooooooooooo much. You have no idea. I am grateful. I had been struggling with my ET 2800 and getting the settings right. Bless you!
Excellent tutorial!!! I bought another Epson printer (had one several years ago) but I couldn't remember the settings. You made it easy sneezy THANK YOU!😁
Hey Delonda, I just love how you explain sublimation. Thank you so much. I just got my ET-2803. I'm so excited about what I can do now. My plan is to sublimate tote bags.
thank you!! I was about to give up on sublimation...New Epson ET-2840 i did step by step put the hiipoo ink.. and dint know how to make it print like your images this was the best of the best step by step thank you so much!!@@CraftingwithDelonda
Thank you so much for this video. It took me a minute to get the Printer Preferences to show up on the printer I use for sublimation. I have two 2720’s and things got a tad confused. But I did get it straightened out and the printer is now set up correctly.
Wow, I’m currently on my second Epson ecotank printer my other one died on me due to not using it for a year.. 😢 so now my new one is installed and I’m using your how to video with this installation and it worked perfectly! Thank you so much for this tutorial Delonda ❤
Hey hey Delonda ~ thanks for the awesome video! Question is the sub paper you use in this video ONLY for light colored items? Thanks for the response in advance...
I love watching your videos because you explain things very well and you are very kind. I bought a brand new et4800 for sublimation, I printed on paper for sublimation and it worked very well, but I have problems with dtf, it comes out with a black line and I have done everything and nothing, can someone help me please?
Thank you With some DTF printers the rollers leave a black mark. You may need to go into the printer settings to decrease the density. This will decrease the amount of ink that is coming out of the printer.
Hello Delonda. This was a Great and Informative Video. Questions : Do you still mirror within the the Cricut Design Space software even though, mirror is already turned on in the Printer Pre-Settings? I don't want to assume anything, so I'm asking. In my opinion the answer would be No, but I want to make sure. Question 2: Should or Can you shake up the sublimation ink? The reason I'm asking this question is because I read somewhere that you're not suppose to shake up the ink (for the ecotank printers) whether it's going in a regular inkjet printer or sublimation printer. But I saw a RUclipsr one day shaking up the ink in one of their videos. Question 3: Can these printer Pre-Settings be used in any software other than Cricut Design Space? Thank you in advance for responding back to me. Hopefully, my questions made since. ❤😊
Delonda if I have already downloaded the drivers when I first converted my Epson ET1500 printer do I need to download the drivers you did again? Or do I just do the preset the setting? Thank you
@@CraftingwithDelonda I did both printers today. I notice you Mirror your image in DS before sending to the printer and then you select Mirror when you are doing the preset settings. Do I need to mirror my image every time when I'm going to send to printer even though I now have my settings already set?
Hi Delond I love the video I doing every step I use the ink came with the ET 15000 Epson printer my images is printing finally but still my heat press not pressing my images on my garment can you help me out smh 😮 oh do you have to extract the images from your computer be fore you print the images off your printer
If you are referring to the epsons actual ink that usually comes in the box these are not sublimation inks. If you bought the package as a sublimation package you should have used the sublimation ink and supplied separately when setting it up and the printer will need to be emptied of ink and cleaned before using the sublimation ink. There are videos on yt and this is actually easier than you think
my only question is I dont have cricut design whatever, I will be priniting straight from the source, can these settings be used windows 10 from photo settings?
Yes, for cosmo ink, the color wheel would be the same. If you don't have white butcher paper, I suggest using white cardstock. I do not suggest using brown butcher paper.
@@CraftingwithDelonda sorry to bother you again but I just got a new hp laptop windows 11 my other one had windows 10 should I switch anything Thank-you
Got a technician Qs...have you downloaded the ICC profile for Hiipoo ink to your Epson? I was looking on the Hiipoo website and saw this. On looking up what an ICC profile is, it is a setting that tells your printer how to create the most accurate colors for the ink your using. Hiipoo has ICC files for all the Epson sublimation compatible printers. I have got to unbox my new Epson so I'm going to do this and see how the colors are. Hiipoo says to only sublimate directly onto fabric with maximum of 30% cotton. I saw on another tutorial that the more cotton is present the more faded and antique the printing becomes. Black & white or sepia looks best done on high cotton blends.
Hey Lady, i have had my printer for about 2 yr and just started using it.. My question is does hippo ink get old and should I replace it...I have new ink coming in Thursday
@@CraftingwithDelonda Thank you. I always use copy paper so I dont waste my sub paper but it probably doesnt print true to color. That's why I wondered.
Have you ever printed on your Epson using the multipage poster print feature where you can print a larger than regular or legal size item that takes 2x2 or more pages to print. I have successfully done this but neglected to write down the settings I used to accomplish that. I have experimented numerous times trying to recreate that. I have tried contacting Epson support, but they were not helpful.
I notice you always select "mirror" in your printer settings. Is it okay to do it via the cricut instead of the printer? Or do you just leave the cricut image normal and keep the printer set to always mirror the image? I just don't want to mess up and have them both mirroring. What's the best way to do this?
My printer settings are set and saved to mirror automatically. Just make sure before you print that the images are matching the direction on the screen.
The print preset option is a game changer! Thank you for that tip! Makes life so much easier!

my only question is I dont have cricut design whatever, I will be priniting straight from the source, can these settings be used windows 10 from photo settings?
Yes, the printer settings don't have anything to do with the program you're using.
Is it normal for a sublimation printer to print slow. I have a 2800 and it's like watching paint drying. Thanks for all you do.
Thanks ❤️
I think it depends on the model. My ET 15000 takes a long time in my opinion.
One thing I’m curious about do you feel you get different print quality when printing from say DesignSpace and something like Microsoft Word?
I honestly feel like the quality is the same in terms of the colors. I feel the difference lies in the accuracy of the height and width.
I have cosmo ink is this the same color wheel? I'm out of butcher paper can I use the brown craft paper or what can I use in its place. Thank-you ❤❤❤❤

Hi there, I haven't tried doing that; but it's something to take into consideration for a future project.
Do the Cricut brand t shirts shrink?
I am not sure if they shrink. I haven't noticed that; but since they aren't true to size, I normally get a size larger than what I usually wear.
What program are you printing from?
I think I was printing from Cricut Design Space.
