This small theme park has literally become one of my favorites, EVER. As you all know I've been to quite a lot over the years but something about the views and the thrills and the laid back atmosphere is something I loved. I'm glad to see video and commentary from a African American's perspective.As one myself I was wondering how the atmosphere would be like but I'm glad to see it was a overall positive experience.This is definitely on my bucket list when I get back out to the west.
Thank you for the tour! My friends from elementary to high school (4 Well aged 40+) ladies are heading to Glenwood Springs in September. I am a native Coloradan, but this park was not here when I visited. My Mom and I would visit the Yampah Hot Springs Caves.....a Spa cave from natural rock. Each level you go down gets hotter, and there is the natural spring running around the rim of each room: totally relaxing and amazing to experience! However, I wanted to see the caves, and I watched many videos. You, my dear MrBucketlist, were the first with a tour of the actual cave tours. Thank you for being thorough! Your sheer Joy on the rides made me adventurous. Your happy smile made me appreciate what may be in store for me.......! Should you Never ask: my ultimate bucket list is an Antarctica cruise over the Drake passage, safely! Then a smaller ship to get closer to the original outposts. A chance to see what most have never seen. Travel safely, and thank you! LauraMax

It was amazing! Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try it. I ate right before I got there and they closed the food down right before I got hungry. But it smelled and looked good. They had BBQ.

I only live 2 1/2 hours from here and haven't been. It is my goal from Mister Bucket List to go at least once if not more.
I highly recommend it! Even if you don't want to ride everything, it's still a nice place to explore. Let me know how it goes.

I live in glenwood and i love this place, buttttt i hate the swing and the tree. i DO NOT LIKE LOOKING DOWN THAT FAR but defiance and the rest i love.

What month and day of the week did you go? Just wondering about crowds.
I went in August and there were no crowds what so ever. Everything was a walk on.
Get a 360 camera
I've through about it but I don't enjoy the stitched look. I may get a lens that can do it.
