    Looks good. I notice on youtube tutorials barbers always use clients with perfect hair/texture/density. It would be great to see some clients with difficult hair, very coarse/fine, receding, all that sort of stuff that can give us barbers issues. Like this video for example his nape naturally looked tapered already. That's half the job done

      That's true, I got lucky with his neck for sure. I'm always looking for something interesting to make a video on. I do a lot of fades at work but don't want to make fade videos. So it's a case of finding clients out of the non fade haircuts that I can persuade to let me make a video. Stay tuned as over time I'll have all sorts of hair types when I can get them.

      @@theoneminutebarberIf u see a client with e.g very coarse hair & think it might make a potentially good video, maybe offer them a free haircut & that might persuade them to let u film. This is an excellent video. I tried it out on my hubby and was very surprised at the result. It came out very well. Thank You. 😊 🙏

    This lad’s hair is the same texture as my nephews and their hair is always sticking up like that and i absolutely adore it for some odd reason. Btw, why are the scissors you use so expensive 😢? I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the price of them 🤯

    • @theoneminutebarber
      @theoneminutebarber  2 месяца назад

      Yes they are quite pricey. They are a type of scissor called a convex blade. The edges are sharpened to a razor point, which means they require a different and harder type of metal. The company I get them from also lease them which is probably the best way to own them as servicing and replacement is all included free.

    • @asmaparvez7765
      @asmaparvez7765 2 месяца назад

      @@theoneminutebarber Oh that’s impressive. Bcz I’m not gonna buy them unless i become a professional hair stylist. Im just thinking if I should go down that path so I can work whenever and however i like. Im aiming more for children’s hairstyles. I think im confident enough with the scissors and the clippers. Might go for some of your Udemy courses tbh.

    I really learned a lot from your tutorials. I cut my own hair in the mirror. I would like to know what tricks i can use when dealing with fading hairline, especislly in the corners of the forehead. I usually try to do a crew cut but with longer hair on top. I have a side part to the right and i always have difficulties to blend that in to the short hair on the side.
    Thanks for your tutorials❤

    • @theoneminutebarber
      @theoneminutebarber  2 месяца назад +1

      It is very difficut to disguise hair loss, but one tip is to bring the hair in the middle of the forehead in a bit, that way it creates the illusion that the recession is not too bad.
