Just as a reminder, if you're doing any internal rotation work with bands or cables, be sure to do equal or twice as much EXTERNAL rotation to balance out the muscles of the rotator cuff and prevent poor shoulder health/posture/muscle imbalances.

By internal rotation you mean a supination motion and by external rotation you mean a pronation motion ?
@@shakya00 No, pronation and supination refer to the forearm, what he meant, was internal/external SHOULDER rotation. Side pressure is basically internal shoulder rotation, so if you train side pressure, you should also spend time training the opposite movement to prevent issues in the shoulder area.
