I agree she should not worry about what the toxic coworkers think but I've found from experience that the ones who try to make us look inadequate manipulate the bosses and other coworkers to make them believe the same. That's when it really makes the whole workplace intolerable.
I have had a few toxic coworkers over the years, most recent was just her personality, and she has job hopped her whole career (and hopped right on outta my life thank goodness)... another one was having so many issues at home, she brought it all with her and spread it onto her coworkers, that one almost sent me over the edge, but I hung in there and she eventually was let go. The best thing anyone can do in any of these cases is stay away from the toxic person, don't engage at all if possible, and have witnesses..... and wait....
Don't trust anyone at work keep ur personal life out of work. Don't make friends with ur coworkers don't add them on social media. Don't date anyone from work. U r warned
But what if you do answer to someone who is always all anxious and short with you and telling you to do things differently, doesn’t laugh or small talk with you etc. but they do that with everyone else.
This whole interaction in its entirety is was incompetent. 😂😂

This is trashy of Ken. I bet he doesn't talk lovingly to the "critters in the barn he sees at 8pm." If you're supposed to get help from that rude person, and its their job to help you, and the help can't be delegated to anyone else, then the "dumping them with positivity to push them away" isn't going to solve the problem. Way to go, bigmouth Ken!
I like his shows from 2020 somehow. New ones not helping as much.
