The creative process is one of the best parts of making anything. Anything can be art in one's eyes or another, but some art will defy generational boundaries. Let's get that bread. 💪
The last weekend I got into a traditional event on a town and I just did that, mixed two old digital cameras that were not HD with a DSLR, a GoPro and some different glasses, I had not a Gimball with me so the result is not as smooth as id like but I do like how they mix, so this is quite a good recommendation at least to me since yeah it creates an interesting transition
this video spoke out to me sm cause i have been filming with my samsung camcorder & have some shots where i'm recording both with the camcorder & my phone- thanks for all the tips!!
Hey man these videos are great, I would love a video on color grading as someone who is new to videography, I've tried Dehancer and a few other programs but I still dont understand it very well.
What do you think will be nostalgic about the film and videography of today...to us in the future? "Break the rules others are following" also liked this :)
It’ll probably be the look of iPhone sensors. Also 9x16 video if consumption of media is no longer constricted to the format of a physical screen (i.e. Apple Vision Pro)
I am with Atonio, I think that the most nostalgic thing about film will be the limit of a box that we watch it on currently ie.. Aspect ratio and not being able to see it in a 3d space. But I am happy you liked that quote haha, it is true!!
I have video testimonials in shoddy quality shot from 1 angle. Do you have any ideas to justify the shoddy quality so it looks intentional? Or otherwise doesn't seem unprofessional?
So technically 4x5 is actually vertical, but lots of people refer to 4x3 as 4x5, like me, which technically isn't correct, but they are almost the same as far as shape. both are just more square framing than regular 16x9
That thumbnail forced me to click on this video
hopefully that's a good thing...lol
Mee tooo😭
The “vintage” feel of a tapes camera is so cool and nostalgic for those of us that grew up before iPhones! Great video!
So true!

Whats the difference between 4x5 and 4x3? They look the same.
So technically 4x5 is actually vertical, but lots of people refer to 4x3 as 4x5, like me, which technically isn't correct, but they are almost the same as far as shape. both are just more square framing than regular 16x9
