This was SUPER HELPFUL. For one thing...I really was gonna scrape out the entire center....I saw you still had the red part. BUT THEN...right before you ate it, sure enough you removed the purple!! Thanks so much...GREAT JOB, BIG HELP,L!!! Isn't it funny what an enigma these things are to people??

They look delicious! How much time on the grill? I don’t have a panini setting, but i have a temperature dial and a sear option. Should i cook them in a sear option?

Id rather make them stuffed as I usually do. This seemed to take a long time to get no where. Better to remove more of the small leaves on the bottom. I also peel the stem and add it to my stuffing. Thanks for a new approach.

Sabina Large..... Google artichoke recipes. There's lots of them. I've been making them stuffed for over 50 years. Delicious. !! Good luck. 💖

Artichokes are thistles, not yuccas. Neither are yuccas a cactus, they are in the agave subfamily of the asparagus order. Good video though. Looks great!

Fresh dill, not basil is preferred in the Mediterranean for artichokes.
