cool video man. Glad I found it! And great attitude, considering what you guys are facing in WA. Sadly, I have a bad feeling it will be a nation wide ban soon
I got my first rifle and ammo in 1990, a type 56 sks and 500rds of 7.62X39 for $125.00. Oh how things have changed, I’ve been buying guns and ammo and magazines since then and have a great minimal collection, when I say minimal I mean I’ve focused on four main types of ammo, 5.56, 7.62, 9mm and 12ga, I have other calibers but these 4 have been my main focuse for the last 25years.
Great video man, sad that it has to be this way. I used to live in IL and I remember stacking mags for this reason. Another thing people forget is repair parts. Having a little filled with spare extractors, firing pins, springs and other high wear parts is a smart move. If you have metal mags they last a long time but extra followers and springs are good to have on hand too.
Spare parts is definitely the next big thing. Our AWB was written so vague it theoretically bans uppers, parts, barrels, everything. No bueno. Thanks for watching!
For the AK receiver route you can go through PSA and get a barreled receiver. No trigger or furniture, but everything else is installed, no machinery required. Just get a fire control group and some furniture later 👍
I’m in Issaquah. Any way I can get in contact with you? Looking for a pit where I can practice firing from the draw and am wondering where yours is, if you’re willing to share.
Theres some small sports scattered throughout Sultan up north, thats probably closest to your location in Issaquah. Hop on the WA Guns reddit for locations, they have more accurate coordinates on map than me, i just go off memory.
Parts parts parts, they are all gonna be banned with this bill. We can’t even order takedown pins or red dots online in illinois that’s how bad it’s going to get. The suppliers won’t even deal with you once this goes into law.
If I were you friend, I'd get out of the state of Washington as soon as possible. If enough people do that then these so called legislators will find out what it's like to live in a state with a tax base that is insufficient to support their salaries.
Don't get me wrong I would want everyone to have a couple cases of 5.56 on hand at all times. But most newbies or regular folks simply can't, not at around $400/case at this time for brass. But they gotta have at least some on hand for filling all mags plus some, at least start there.
Well done
That one box of ammo that was upside down was driving me crazy. Thanks for flipping it over 😂
Lol it took my a min to notice it and i fixed it asap. Thanks for watching!

Good video, I think they are also banning the sale of these parts! so no building anything when this gets signed by the Governor.

@@romeorifles300 that's really unfortunate. I imagine there will be a lot more road trips to ID in the next few years for beer runs

That is also a solid option! I completely forgot those PSA cold hammer forged barreled AK receivers.

Thats the long term plan but for now I gotta pick and choose the battles. Thanks for watching!
@@romeorifles300 You're welcome. My pleasure.
I'm gonna disagree with u on the ammo advice. Yes get a couple cases and train to be proficient. Not just a couple hundred rounds.
