His stand is pretty damn powerful. It has a limited range but it instantly renders someone incapable of moving and can pretty much do anything. In a way it’s biggest limit is how sparingly Rohan uses it and how little he cares about getting involved with others. He defeated two gods and an entity that thrives even on alien planets in just a few minutes each .

My man Youma possessed by hermes has my respect for doing such a physical feat.
