You can see, after dio killed that woman in the jewelry shop, he healed himself and his clothes, even tho he shouldnt be able to "heal" his clothes, but thats just history telling liberty, something made just to be cool or not drag unnecessary contradictions, the author uses of these without needing explaining just bc he doesnt really need to, just history telling convenience
i can just imagine DIO pausing time, running down the stairs, moving polnareff quickly down the stairs, yet gently enough that it doesnt hurt him, then quickly running back up the stairs to hold the same pose, then when time resumes, DIO's actually breathing really hard while being tired as fuck because he had to do all that in like 4 seconds purely to flex

Talking is a free action in Anime. It doesnt count towards the time actually taken in canon. A character can spout the entire works of shakespeare in five seconds if they wanted.
Maybe time stop creates a bubble of indefinite time where DIO can do everything he wants, but there’s another bubble around the time bubble where dio can do whatever he wants for indefinite time to “protect” DIO from stopped time. And that second bubble only lasts 5 seconds of its own time, separated from the real world’s and DIO’s times. But DIO as the user of that power can count-down those 5 seconds. That way DIO can talk whoever long he wants but still have only 5 seconds of time stop. I hope I wasn’t wrong nor confusing.
The World's true power is to stop time for as long as its user is talking, plus a few extra seconds for the occasional dramatic pause. Sadly, neither DIO nor Jotaro ever realized this.

If he actually used this on Jotaro in the beginning of Stardust Crusaders, it would have ended waaay earlier. Star Platinum couldn't deflect 100 knives, not to mention thousands of emeralds shot at him.

Jotaro didn't train his Za Warudo so its power diminished to only half a second. He trains it more later but without vampiric immortality and regeneration the burden it puts on his body prevents him from using it to its maximum potential. Dio was and still is the strongest user of The World.

No, the secret of Dio’s ZA WAUDO is that time only passes inside the time stop when he wants it to, his mind just can’t comprehend it, so he gives himself a limit that increases the more he understands the power, allowing him to monologue as much as he likes as long as he convinces himself that time is not passing in his time stop as he talks. Meaning that he can basically create his own pocket dimension for a few hours, and travel in and out of it, but still affect the real world.

In part 2 Joseph jumps in the air to kick refrences something like history, popculture or magic tricks, explains why he hates the person he is about to kick, explains his plan on how his kick is going to kill the enemy, the enemy laughs, "NANIII?", the enemy explains that he saw it coming and made a counter attack for the kick, Joseph smirks, "NANIII?", Joseph explains how his plans went even deeper and was suspecting the counter attack so the original attack was a distraction for the real attack to hit.
Then the kick hits.
This happens 12 times a fight with every battle.

Anios Arkhangelisk if u do the math, frieze minutes are in a 5 by 180 ratio which can be simplified down to 36, meaning 1 frieza minute is 36 minutes real time. Applying the math to dio, who can stop time for 5 seconds, and his scenes last minutes usually. 5 x 36 is 180, meaning five seconds in DIO’s world are equal to 3 minutes real time.

Its cuz kakyoin is stupid. He sets up a 20 meter radius after he already found out the range of the world and than stands in the middle of it in a 10 meter range from dio. If he would of just stood outside the barrier he wouldn't have died there.

Notice how he didn't kill joseph as well because he didn't have enough time or range. Simply put kakyoin is stupid cuz he knew all of this and stood in the middle anyway in the 10m range.

No, the secret of Dio’s ZA WAUDO is that time only passes inside the time stop when he wants it to, his mind just can’t comprehend it, so he gives himself a limit that increases the more he understands the power, allowing him to monologue as much as he likes as long as he convinces himself that time is not passing in his time stop as he talks. Meaning that he can basically create his own pocket dimension for a few hours, and travel in and out of it, but still affect the real world.
