Hi, Anne! Great video and finds, as usual 😊 Have you seen the latest video from Eclectic Vintage Thrifter? She showed the gift you sent her and mentioned your channel ❤ P.S. small note, you might already be aware of this, just wanted to make sure: "Holland" is not the name of the country in Europe. The official English name is "the Netherlands", while "Holland" are names of 2 provinces/regions (South Holland and North Holland). The most popular Dutch cities are located in these regions (e.g.: Amsterdam, The Hague, Delft, Rotterdam, Leiden, Utrecht). Because these 2 regions are the most visited ones in the country, foreigners have (incorrectly) started referring to the Netherlands as... "Holland". As for the mystery gift baskets idea - I vote yes, it has potential and it could appeal to a relatively broad segment of the audience ✅️ Happy thrifting! ❤
Thanks for letting me know! Yes I saw the video - so nice of her to shout me out in her video. Definitely considering the mystery boxes so thanks for your feedback on that :)
❤❤❤oooo lovely wins by my daughters old place ..aww should of grabbed that flocked bunny love thrifting its so fun and enjoyable...thank you for taking us along your trip to the new wins store as well ..❤❤❤
Hi Anne, another great shopping trip. Looking forward to part 2. Do you ever shop the linens section? I like to shop for vintage fabrics and textiles and wondered if it’s something you might want to check out. Happy shopping!
Thanks Mary! I sometimes do the linens if I'm feeling energetic. But it's almost the last rack I go through. I'm usually just looking for a nice throw blanket. Or quilts - but most thrift stores have wised up to the fact that they are valuable so prices are too high.
First time here and I enjoyed your video but wished you would talk more about the items shown and your decision process - instead of talking about the filming details or your troubles with music... You seem to be over-explaining your video decisions instead of focusing on the content, which ultimately is what people are interested in!
Thanks for the honest feedback Vanessa - it really does help me make the videos better. The reason I was mentioning it was because in the previous video people had said they liked hearing me talking in the thrift store about each item. But you're absolutely right, we're here for the vintage!!! Thanks for tuning in!

@@bluehousevintageyes if you go back to that store do pick up that Pier 1 item!
Oh my word, I love that dog drawing, it looks just like our dog! So sweet!

Love the frosted glasses

Awe you're so welcome. Thanks for being here!!
8:16 super cute basket - we used to use smaller ones to hold eggs. 14:14 very colorful 😊
That would be perfect for eggs for sure!
Pier 1 can sell well, I always check comps. Though it is big for Canadian shipping. Loved those fish plaques.
Very interesting that pier 1 sells well. And yes Canadian shipping is nuts - it's cheaper to ship to the southern states!!!
Great vid!!!
I still would have got the tea pot...pottery is hot now...😊
Ya the tea pot was nice for sure!
