Beautiful flips! You can spray Shellac before painting something white and it will prevent the old colour seeping through ❤

You took ordinary things that would be overlooked at a thrift shop, and made them so lovely - I especially like how you've chosen to carry the decal transfers around the edges of the items - so creative. Look forward to the armoire makeover!

Best video ever!! All your makeovers are so well thought out! And I love giving old things a new life! I'm backing away from putting words on items, for the most part, but I love flowers and insects. I am actually painting flowers on my items which is a whole new adventure for me! One day mine might look almost as good as yours! 😂

Mary...i just came here today to tell you hiw exhausted I am! Found your channel the other day and had a bit of a catch up on your posts. Suffice to say, ive spent the last three days cleaning ny house (its literally the sparkly one as you fly across the UK!) cleaning things ive never cleaned, and gardening (literally the nicest garden as you fly over 😂)....i guess tomorrow im going to be headed to a thrift shop....

These videos are some of my favorite done by you because I have so many little items in my on house that need new life and these videos are such an inspiration! Thank-you. Also, I would love a tutorial video on the engraver, I don’t have any plans to purchase one at this time, but I would love to see the work involved with setting it up with art work and some of the tricks to making the engraving come out!

Everything came out Beautiful love them all
They are all just gorgeous! May I just suggest on the crate that kept bleeding through... after sanding, I spray with Shellac first and then apply the primer and paint. The Shellac acts as a sealer.

Beautiful results!!! We have a lazer machine at work and we use brown or black shoe polish (the wax kind) to fill in letters that don’t always show up

Mary I absolutely adore you. I may have said that to you in a previous comment however, your creativity is endless as is your humility. It is a joy watching you do "your thing"! You always inspire great ideas, but the one thing I just love is your ability to utilize every power tool available. It gives me aspirations to keep playing around with those. I don't mind asking my husband to help but it is more empowering to just do it when you need it done!!
