  • The St Kitts Tourism Authority has announced the addition of Sunrise Airways, a prominent Caribbean-based regional airline, to its airlift roster.
This partnership indicates a new era of accessibility, reliability, and convenience for travellers visiting the island.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Sunrise Airways to St Kitts,” said Marsha Henderson, Minister of Tourism, International Transport, Civil Aviation, Urban Development, Employment, and Labour.
"Our airlift success has been remarkable this season, and we are excited to welcome even more visitors with this new service. Strengthening ties with our neighbouring Caribbean islands is a priority, and this new flight will play a significant role in fostering our relationships and making our island more accessible."
Sunrise Airways began the new service from Antigua to St Kitts on May 26, 2024. The service will operate twice daily, six days a week, and will take place on an Embraer 120 (EMB-120) twin-turboprop aircraft, offering a maximum seating capacity of 30 passengers.
“The addition of this new service with Sunrise Airways showcases an increasing interest in regional travel to St Kitts,” said Ellison “Tommy” Thompson, CEO of St Kitts Tourism Authority.
