I was due for promotion in month of March 2020 but due to penalty of stoppage of increment it was put on hold and rest of the panel was given promotion now that penalty got over on 30 June 2020 and from 1 July 2020 I got regular increment but due to covid period even though my penalty was over on 30 June 2020,I was given promotion date in month of Nov 2020. Is this correct? If not from which date I should get promotion? Kindly help me
