For the longest time I wanted to have a mainstream accent -- the kind which sounds super cool in movies. To that end, I did a lot of reading exercises to improve my diction and expand my vocabulary; watched speeches of native english speakers regularly to get a better grasp of rhythm and intonation. Did all of this and more, and I still haven't gotten to my peak. If I could could go back, I would spend more time focusing on learning the art of conveying my thoughts better rather than sounding better. Took a lot of time for this realization to kick in. Now, I would pick communication skills over language skills any day.

Eg- I don't really have a good dextarity over my English as if for now.
Fond of - liking a person or thing.
Eg- I'm fond of learning English
impetus - boost
Eg - having good dextarity over pronounciations gives me impetus(im-pew-tus) to speak english in day to day casual conversations.
Emphasis - giving importance to something; Highlighting; paying attention to.
Eg- interviewer's usually pay emphasis to body posture of the candidate.
Paraoxysm - sudden outburst
Eg- when i saw hi face i exploded with paraoxysm of laugh.

Perfect podcast ... I can say that you both are best podcaster for English speaking. Today i first time watched podcast. I learnt many vocab and how to apply different different words for fluency. Keep it up and teach us so many words and how to make better improvement speaking level.
Despite being scripted I always look up to people who make the videos of what you make to make people mindful.

*How to stand properly in the middle of stage while speaking?*
While I am on stage and speaking I forgot where my hands , legs are basically what I am doing I forget those.
That will come with practice and do practice in your room while standing and soon you will become comfortable
