It would be so cool for a channel like this to focus on business ideas and models and inspire the start-up culture. I have grown quite interested in it but can't find young people with your moxie.
Heya Nidhi, thank you for sharing the interest. The channel is personal window to what I do in life so there is a lot going on here but soon I am dropping a series called "Futuring Now" which will be about innovation and idea generation at the same time there are amazing guests lined up on podcast who would talk about such subjects :)
I was surprised when you said we should try to reduce the size of cities and stop people from leaving villages. I have a completely opposite view on that. I think urbanization is good and we should focus on exactly the opposite thing : encouraging people to move from rural to urban areas. The amount of value and opportunities you get in cities is enormous as compared to villages. There are pros and cons to both I understand, but overall I would argue life is better in a metro.
I understand your point of view! I think it’s a subjective choice but when it comes to creating opportunities, non urban area should be looked at heavily too. It’s not about my choice of going to city, it’s about “creating” choices to non-urban areas! All of us are learning as we go ahead :)
Metro's r already overloaded so it"ll be ok to give job in sub-urban , villages so it"ll reduce tension of metro cities in Traffic, pollution, water management & overall everything, True life is in Village one who has spent good amount of time in Village knows very well
Sorry brother I was watching ur prodcast and I was just walking on street and didn't remember when and where this comment was posted by me...it was in my pocket and the screen was unlocked 🔓...😂😂😂....I am wondering what the fu** is( 9 🙏 ) so sorry brother...
Her statement about India having to do away with poverty and hunger first and then the service design changes shows her simplistic pseudo-intellectual mindset. She even called India a third world country and she doesn't even know what that term defines. Anyways, that's still an acceptable and honest mistake but what I'm getting at is she's not the person to discuss the topic of social change innovation at all with all due to respect and I'm sure she's great at what she does. She might have read some UN ranking statistics in poverty and hunger indices and hasn't realized that India is separated in different demographics and different parts. It's 1.37 B population with limited resources. Human upliftment doesn't work like that imho. Even USA has thousands of homeless people and yet investing in AI, Quantum Computing and even far fetched ideas like colonising Mars through space tech companies. Ok, I've gone halfway through and she has resided in Delhi all these years and didn't know that the air quality is ridiculous there due to stubble burning in the neighbouring villages and not due to overpopulation which is definitely worth pointing as a problem but not with false data. And this is a very popular fact and I'm not even from Delhi. I'm not going to watch any longer. And I might have cribbed a lot but believe me, I'm not that kind of guy. Take it as a constructive criticism both of you and all the best for future podcasts.
Thank you for spending time listening and writing ☺️ I think there is always more to everything. Our goal is always to improve something someway. Even the intent to do so is very important. Cheers!
Chill man, it's just a conversation. Do you go headbutting every other conversation? Calm Down kiddo, how can people with such a well education turn out to be this Immature. Internet is filled with people like you. 😂
I also really enjoyed it. The Podcast was great.
