@tasneen I added 1/4the cup of water at start and kept added a little as needed. Exact measurements are unknown.
Best Tortilla Recipe Ive ever tried. Note for myself because I measure in grams:
210g flour
20g milk powder
20g corn starch (1/3 cup)
1 tsp salt
1tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
33g vegetable oil
180ml warm water
