- Half-Life 3: White Sands, hl3 - codename white sands. I managed to get a small video from the menu of the new Half Life 3, VALVE changed the graphics! it's incredible! Also now we can look the BOREALIS on the background...

I would like to see three more types of soldiers who have their own unique features and skins on them, an ordinary soldier with a red shotgun and an elite soldier, as well as modifiers where you can change all color polishes, skins, some body parts by type of helmet armor, etc
That loading screen with the beta styled combine looks soo good.

I'd honestly kill for a battlefront style game with the combine as a playable team. There's just such a unique appeal to their selection of units.
other than being a cool concept, I personally think including a online deathmatch kinda mode within a single-player game is a good idea, like how uncharted 3 had deathmatch aswell... for some reason. apart from that though the menu's presentation along with the characters look kinda familiar.

Yeah So, we will probably see more of these Synths we see in Half Life 3 or Project White Sand. Considering that Universal Union is not stupid enough to trust a few stupid Overwatch Soldiers, they will probably destroy the world in 7 hours instead of relying on Overwatch in missions involving Portal Technology such as Borealis. It makes more sense for them to trust.

I have this idea in mind, that i entertanining for few years now and seems like a solid concept, where game is set during the uprising. Rebel team has more players, though only marginally worse in terms of personal equipment than the combine - sure they are a bit tougher and got better toys, but both need to use their head in this semi-dynamic environment not just teams, but each squad having their objectives, needing to sync together to progress sometimes. If rebels arent carefull, they will get killed off in a pitched battle, where retreat is cut off and they get hit by a crossfire from combine pulse machine guns, striders and pulse rifles, and vice versa, where combine get punished for blindly charging in, getting ambushed by eating a grenade to the face and rest of the squad getting mopped up. Rebels get their gizmos thats a mix of combine and earth tech to spot and disrorient and isolate the combine, while they have all the toys for brutal destruction, that are however, need to be used smart. Forcefield barries in unxepected places, hopper mines in another, etc.
