If you ever wondered the reason why people make a big deal out of cars going so long in burnout competitions is because It puts a tremendous amount of heat into the engine. You're essentially running the engine at 100% load while sitting almost completely still. Since the car is barely moving there's almost no air being passed over the radiator. I'm surprised the engine in this thing didn't lock up completely seeing how hot exhaust got and how long it sayed at redline. It was likely also starving for oil as the vehicle was at such an extreme angle and at max RPM the engine is likely pumping oil as fast as it returns to the sump.

I feel for this guy. When I lost my job I made sure my payments were made. Still an error with the mean holder cost then 150k. I had my Jetta repossessed and yet the lean holder sent me paperwork showing I was current. But I had no job. The repo guy still took my Jetta. After I showed the police the paperwork from the bank and proving I was current they charged the repo company with grand theft auto and they turned around and sued me for causing their driver to be arrested. That caused me to dish out an additional 20k of money and that was my all of my savings at the time. Their case was dropped and mine was allowed to go ahead. Then I got my car back the windows was broken out and the seats were slashed. They told the police I did it when they were trying to tow the car. My ring cameras showed differently and again additional charges to lying to police and felony vandalism was bought against them. The company ended up going out of business and had to pay me 150k. And the insurance totaled my car.
I ended up in a good spot but this ordeal caused me to miss out on four jobs because I could not make the interviews because of court dates and police interviews.
So again. Repo guys some are cool but the rest will do what they can make your life a living hell. This guy is one of the good ones. Please be careful.

If he’s dealing with drugs or mental illness or even both at the same time, would you like to see him driving around in your neighborhood? Sleeping in his car near your neighborhood? If he can drive around, know to put gas in his car, know the car needs to be maintained, then he should know to make payments. No money, no payments, it’s not his to keep. There’s many shelters to go to especially in the winter. At least he’ll be warm and safe and maybe get free meals. Unfortunately, when someone lives in their car, they usually aren’t working and maybe there’s no car payments if it’s a used car but we all know we have to have to make payments on other things to own a car. Too many people already drive around with no drivers license and no insurance and get away with it. Owning a car is exhausting. Lol

There’s pretty much no way I would do that job if I wasn’t allowed to carry backup to protect myself.
I don’t know if you just see it more because of the internet or if people are actually getting crazier, I’m thinking the latter for whatever reason.
It’s like one of my neighbors who I’ve never really talked to but I was out walking my dog and he came running out of his house with a fork in his hand saying how much he would like to stab me with it.
He was so drunk I’m surprised he could stand.
Thankfully he didn’t cross the road towards me so I didn’t have to protect myself and I was just called 911 and they took care of it. This guy was just doing his job, and I’m pretty sure the guy in the car knew he hadn’t paid his payments. Now, even if he gets his car back, he won’t have much.
