It’s a Toyota Matrix re-badged as a Pontiac… No way GM could make a decent car by itself.
If you ever wondered the reason why people make a big deal out of cars going so long in burnout competitions is because It puts a tremendous amount of heat into the engine. You're essentially running the engine at 100% load while sitting almost completely still. Since the car is barely moving there's almost no air being passed over the radiator. I'm surprised the engine in this thing didn't lock up completely seeing how hot exhaust got and how long it sayed at redline. It was likely also starving for oil as the vehicle was at such an extreme angle and at max RPM the engine is likely pumping oil as fast as it returns to the sump.
I have a Pontiac with almost 400,000 miles on it and it still runs beautifully.
5:36 It is amazing to see the exhaust glowing bright orange under the car!

What people don't realize is that even after they repo it. They auction it off and put that amount towards your loan.
So if you destroy the car, you won't have anything to put towards your loan

Surprised the guy didn't bail and steal the tow truck on camera bro
Honestly that was pretty clever of the guy to get himself arrested. Free room & board sounds better than sleeping in a car! 😂
He actually didn’t get arrested. Just detained.
If he would have acted right, I had every intention to try and help him find a place to stay. But he decided to act a fool to the point the cops wouldn’t even help him.
@@Towtruck_DustinYeah the dude should have just got in your truck and get out of there, atleast if they catched him he would have a roof over his head😂
@@Towtruck_Dustinso did the company that owns the car and arranged the repo have them charged with attempted car theft and criminal damage? Did your insurance company sue the car driver for the damage cost?
you should go to cops and make formal report for the criminal damage! they should act on this!
For a POS like the, they probably just wrote it off, and junked it. Not like thats going off to auction.@@danquaylesitsspeltpotatoe8307
He will also get a free public defender if he was arrested and be able to take legal action against the tow company as well as a debtor. The person doing the towing knew he was living in it and tried to pick it up anyhow which I believe is illegal. He should have called the cops first.
Wow that car was screaming trying to get loose, exhaust is glowing too
The final warning honk at 3:48 was priceless.
For those unaware, the LAST Pontiac rolled off the assembly lines in 2009, making this car AT LEAST ~15 years old, and somehow this guy still owes money on it.
They don’t have used car lots where your from?
I have just joined,so this is my first watch. Good grief!!!!! That is taking the"If i can't have it nobody can" to a new level. Poor little car ...It kept on trying to the bitter end. I bet that exhaust was burning his ass through the seat though.
Glad you’re enjoying the content!
Love when it tilts on the lift and you can see the screaming hot exhaust
Thanks for point that out. Saw it on the 2nd watch. That's crazy.
Looks like a scarecrow on that cell phone jack
That’s the best use of a Vibe I’ve ever seen! 😂
Imagine going to prison over a Pontiac Vibe 🤣
He's not going to prison.
"Going to prison?" For what?
lets be honest, where would you rather live? in a pontiac vibe or a prison cell? at least the prison has a toilet a bed and 3 meals
I can’t even imagine financing a Pontiac Vibe.
And that is why there is a shortage of people willing to do repossessions. Have the bankers pick up the cars🤣
They aren’t going to take off their suit and tie to get their hands dirty.
Everybody’s job plays a role! Wouldn’t have any cars to pick up without those suit and ties brother!
Amen to that. The banksters who steal houses and other things hide behind those corps and LLCs. Like war, the wealthy profiting the most never do the dirty. There are so many repos going on now many banks are bending over to ease terms trying to not take more cars back. Their greed is backfiring big time.
Betting their trucks aren't as pretty as yours too! @@Towtruck_Dustin
Uh, yes we would. @@leolequerique
My father passed away in 2000 and his name was Neil. We used to tease him when he owned a Pontiac.... Poor Old Neil Thinks It's A Cadillac...
Dustin is handsome! I have no sympathy for people who do not pay their bills and end up sleeping in their car. *B-U-D-G-E-T!!*
Frightening to see again that people this ignorant and violent are living among us.
What you're seeing is a man at the end of his rope. It can happen to anyone, including you.
If he can't have his car no ones going to have it😅
or just buy a car you can actually afford.@@ostrich67
Don't leave out STUPID
Well, anyone taking out a loan for a car is pretty ignorant, and that's a lot of people.
Can't believe they destroyed a perfectly good vibe for this :( another true one bites the dust. RIP, proud '05 vibe GT owner
Yeah, I had an 03 Vibe GT until I gave it to my son. Poor Vibe, they’re good little cars.
2003 Toyota Matrix myself, the same great car.
Some poor bastard is gonna end up buying that car off a lot after it’s bought at auction.
Wait, Pontiac vibes have enthusiasts???
@@vrtdubber grandmas wave back at me sometimes in my vibe
He’s out of his mind ! He clearly wanted to blow the car up
The engine sounds like a lawn mower. The sparks are a nice touch.
Totally insane. At least he didn't try to assault you, could have been scary.
Man that job seems too dangerous, dont wana face a weirdo with a weapon in his car
The bank got their car back, but it ain't worth shit now. The exhaust manifold was glowing like a cherry.
It’s a Toyota, it’s fine
@@pri0r_t0_a_weekago...fukwi48 no it's a Pontiac, it's toast
@@TheSimba86 Pontiac Vibe is a rebranded Toyota Matrix.
So he will owe on the damages. He just fuck himself completely
that's cool @@themaritimegirl
he was probably thinking "they can take it but it wont work"
"I don't like being handcuffed", yeh man, I don't either. Personally, I deal with my fear of being handcuffed by not committing offenses that will cause me to end up in handcuffs, maybe you should try that.
I think if you're willing to destroy it to prevent someone from repo it then they probably weren't gonna pay anyway
He wasn’t. The lienholder had been trying to work with him and make arrangements. He skipped town, and when we say him again, had to make a move on it.
The Debtor didn't total the car trying to escape , he totaled the car to make it USELESS to the bank / lending company that actually owns the vehicle .
And he STILL owes the money anyway, now he'll have to pay the full amount because the car is scrap metal now
Doesnt matter the banks still lose money. F those money hungry ✡@@HobbyOrganist
@@HobbyOrganistAnd now the amount for the damage because insurance companies will not pay for intentional damage.
Private property to assist with a natural right should not be presumed a commercial service, unfortunately the man in the car doesn't know to read and enforce law and identify fraud.
Not even worth a repo. It’s not even worth parts.
not sure if its legal in your state, but if the vehicle is occupied you could be charged with a crime yourself.
