pretty sure the car you towed was the only car out there that didn't get damaged during towing.... some of those other drivers aren't professionals by any means.
In some parts of the world, cars impounded related to street racing get crushed. They should feel lucky with a bit of minor damage......or they could have not done something so stupid on a public roadway.

I like how you genuinely cared about the quality of the car after you tow it, most truckers I feel would just toss it around, like our truck got impounded one day and it came back with a dent (the impound was due to parking)

helpful hint. When driving your tow with an Allison auto transmission, make sure you come to a complete stop before shifting into different gear. You will save yourself a lot of money and prevent it from failing prematurely.

What a good recovery very professional doing your job .The recovery company next to you need serious training before they kill someone and to load vehicles .got the gear but no i dear how to use it .And yes been in the trade for 15 years .

Nicely done Dustin, as a former tow op, I sure can appreciate you taking the time to help out the "competitors" get hooked and clear. One sidenote, when you're spraying the deck to shake it off, you only need to hit one side of the drive tires, the rest will roll, unless AWD.
That’s what I did? But it was loaded backwards, so they slide off the length of the bed.
They were warned! Watching the others hook up their vehicle shows they need more training, shows what a GREAT tow truck driver you really are.

As a CT resident and car guy I agree. I stopped going to meets a few years ago because nobody knows how to chill and not have the cops called.

I passed by there everyday going to and from work. What they are doing on private property isn't the problem. It's all the idiots parking on the right of way, (road and ditch) It's a real surprise no one has gotten hit by a car or caused an accident.

Ive seen meets happen in parking lots with cops rolling through making sure everything is cool. Cops may have issued verbal warnings before calling the trucks. If you ignore them...that's on you.

I drove in Harris County for 26yrs. I now work in the medical field. Some of the Best People I Ever Met Was In The Towing Industry! All the people saying this or that. I say this, The Deputies are the ones Having The Vehicles Towed. Not The Tow Truck Drivers. Dustin, some people just don't understand. When The Bed Drops, The Bulls..t Stops! I pray that You will always make it Home to Your Family Safely Everyday! Godspeed My Tow Brother!!!
True the cops are the ones ordering the tow, but if they did not agree to work with the biggest corrupt gang in the world then none of the cars would have been stolen from these people.Also the tow industry is just as corrupt on everything they do from having spotters the BS amount they charge for a tow drop fees 50 times as much as they should charge I could go on forever about them . But you all get my point.

To be fair. It's a traffic hazard with all the people walking around on the street. Because drivers have to brake suddenly to avoid the people in the middle of the road. Which can cause several accidents.
So I understand why the police shut it down.

A Car meet with factory stock cars having a farting sound muffler replaced is not a car meet rather just a parking lot at a convenience store.
It wasn’t a car meet afaik, some people said a drifting event on a private property. Either way all these dudes did was park illegally

Honestly, the exhaust appears to have been bent or damaged during the unloading process. It would have been advisable to utilize wooden shims to aid in the loading and unloading procedure.

It’s definitely a cancer to the car scene.
Crazy part is, they brought it off the streets to a private property. There's not enough parking on property so they park off side of street(some weren't legally parked and down on other private property, but I bet you those property owners didn't call cops) so then the cops come to stop the burnouts but can't legally, so they find a loop hole to get cars towed as retaliation..

Those wheels on the Challenger all messed up, was it it from you pulling it or already like that? Not that I care, just curious if the pulling caused the suspension components to bend or it was already wrecked.
Can’t mess up wheels pulling on it nothing was touching the rim or tire no damage physically could’ve been done

We asked. But this wasn’t about getting as many as possible. If you watch the latest video, you’ll see what all this turned into.
Man they did it all wrong. They should have that tow truck with the underreact. go up and down and pull out the frontends of the cars. Then each flatbeds have under reaches. They could have taken two each. All this planning and all they got was what did you say six or eight. They could have gotten thirteen or seventeen.
Nope, that’s not necessary. Each one of those flatbeds are capable of doing anything needed there. If the cops would have let us, we could have hauled two at a time.
I think I woulda just hooked it up to the wheel lift at that angle, drove off and been done with it.

For legally Parking on the side of a public road, to go to a private property? Where's the issue? Where's the no parking signs. No signs it's legal to Park if you're not impeding a lane
Police in Stockton, CA put the stop to a street takeover in town. Towed about thirty cars, last I heard they still had them a month later and were thinking about crushing all of them. I guess they got tired of it happening right in a city intersection.

"Warned" how exactly? There aren't any No Parking signs posted at all on that street. Cops can't just show up and tow legally parked cars. Well, they can but doesn't make it right and legal. This is disgusting behavior of the cops and tow trucks.
