actually, anyone who's played an instrument should be able to tell that what the orchestra is playing in the clip does not match up with the music (those trumpets are definently not playing constant sixteenth note running lines, the violins are primarily playing one note, not at the tempo the music is going at, etc.) oh and stolen from the synthetic orchestra-exact same rythem and notes

Bull. The video doesn't match up to the audio track- if it did, they wouldn't have kept playing after the music was done playing. This wasn't done by you or the RUclips orchestra- you just stole the audio track from the Synthetic Orchestra and overlaid it with some orchestra footage.
Besides, the RUclips Orchestra didn't do NyanCat in 2011.

did you take a look at 0:40 - 0:48 (just as an example), people tend not to looks at the left hand of the violinists but you can see that they play a wide range of notes while in the 'song' they dont, also at 0:47 they stop playing when in the song they dont.
