A few months later she had created a family and an apartment that she loved in that same world.....but she then started seeing sims EATING EACHOTHER and she couldn't turn it off lmao
I've added vlad to another family and he never comes over. However the powerful vampire I made, valan, is everywhere! Even though he goes out in the sun and will die almost immediately due to his weakness. But no, he likes to go everywhere whenever I play with a different family
There’s also a feature in mc command centre where you can have cheats like testingchests and debug and moveobjects etc automatically turned on when you launch the game so you don’t have to keep re-entering them ✌🏻
One of my favorite things about MCCC, beside story progression, is being able to stop relationships from decaying and forgetting sims you've met before. It was ridiculous to have to introduce yourself to your family members (or in-laws) over and over again just because you haven't spoken for a bit! Oh and also - AUTOSAVE! I can't play the game without this mod!
@@bayytato I have just reinstalled windows and don't have the sims game set up yet, so my answer will be solely based on my memory, I hope it's okay. I think it had some predefined settings, but I remember having changed them to my liking, because my townies had children with multiple partners way too often, so I changed that they can have kids after getting married. You can access the mcc settings from every computer in the game, see what is available and if you like it, if not change it. MCCC is such a powerful module, give it a shot :)
@@bayytato lol, no need to be afraid.. just make sure you're using websites that seem legit.. you can find the mccc on its official site (first result in google ;) ) - deaderpool-mccc.com/#/releases They have instructions there as well (you need to enable mods and scripting mods in the game settings). Just keep in mind that if you're using the Legacy, 32bit version of the sims, you have to download the 6.6.0 version, otherwise just grab the latest. This mod won't break your game, but it is important to have all mods up to date for it to stay that way. I recommend joining deaderpool's discord channel. Every time new game is released/a patch comes out, they test if the mod is still compatible with it and put an announcement there. When a patch is out, I recommend either: - not patching the game till they check MCCC with the patch -- patching the game but not playing it till they check MCCC with the patch. as they may release a newer version of the mod. BTW making backups of your saves folder before you install a patch or a larger mod is a good practice too, as EA has shown us many times over that they have talent to break our games with patches -_- Additionally, small pro tip for the future as you're just starting with cc. CC is addictive. All these wonderful custom, hairs, eyes, makeup, clothes.. etc.. ❤ it's okay to have them but from time to time check the mods folder size. If its over 2-3gb chances are the game might start running a little slower, so don't go overboard and discard what you're not really using 😁 P.S. sorry to hear about your old computer.. but dont be petrified of viruses, don't stress too much unnecessarily, just be cautious/reasonable, know when a website is not really safe (like look if the page is using https, has a padlock next to the address bar, never provide your credit card details to register for something, use adblock, check if the page url uses normal alphabet and not just some weird look-alike symbols etc... xD) and maybe ask your parents for a antivirus software! :) P.S. my message ended up being way longer than I expected xD

Nothing is more funny than two random sim porking, and came out feeding for the mouth of three, despite that they barely know each other. WW was a great addition even if you don't use it for the intended purpose. But yes, its intended purpose was great.
MC Command center is seriously the best mod ever made for The Sims! Can't literally not play the game without it! PS. Lilsimsie, you continue to be one of my faves
@@lenkacee7197 It's more about your hardware than whether it's a laptop or PC. If your computer can run Sims smoothly as it is, there should be no problem having mods and cc - but if you are having trouble running the game without using any mods and cc I probably wouldn't use mods.

There is actually a specific night light that will keep the monster away. I think its Coolala defender or something. Its a wall light. Ive been placing it in my kids rooms ever since i found out. Never had the monster again :)
I have played sims for years and years, and it's just now that I am really getting into mods and stuff. I just feel so "at home" when there is an answer to every question and soooo many people across the globe working together to make this game the best and most f'd up it can be. My favorite MCCC features: 1. testingcheats, cas.fulledit, and moveobjects always on. 2. "Randomize Part" in MC dresser, lets you randomize clothing/accessories on sims without going into cas. Save a lot of time with townies in crazy outfits. 3. Customizable life spans for every life state and cats/dogs.
You don't need MCC mod to remove the monster under the bed. Placing the Coolala, The Defender Wall Light on your wall will keep the monster away for as long as you have it. It only costs 60 Simoleons, making it relatively cheap and easy to set up.
Darrel Charm has a bad habit of dying on other people's property. I moved a couple to an empty lot in that world cause I was going to do a sort of rags to riches thing and start off w/o a house and the welcome wagon sims didn't wear their cold weather clothes to the welcome wagon so Darrel just... froze to death on my lawn. My sims are spellcasters so I was going to magic him back to life eventually, but then my sims were gonna have a baby so I got distracted. He's still dead. :P

Also, I totally recommend a bunch of TwistedMexi's mods. There's a disable-vampirism mod (so the vampires are just regular people, albeit rather pale), a bunch of cheat-always-on mods (great for when you keep forgetting to enable specific cheats every time you load the game), etc.

When you say you keep your settings for MCCC, does that mean you keep that file that says settings and just put it back in with your MCCC folder after an update?
@@jeigh5590 I've seen a bunch of Sims RUclipsrs say there's no way to save your settings so you have to change them with every update. I only just got MCCC a few months ago and immediately saw in the instructions that you should save your settings file so the settings will stay through updates. How do they not know that? I wouldn't have even installed it if I was gonna lose the settings constantly like that! That's actually why I didn't install it much sooner!
Christina Sinclair they probably don’t check the files after they download it because there is no import option within the mod. Like in wicked whims, you can import and export settings within the ui in the game.

Also in MC Command Center when you click the computer to change the settings if you go to the Pregnancy option you can change it to have up to 6 babies instead of having the max be 3.
I installed the UI. I have a reccomendation for yall when using it in the game lmao, when u change the time for example 5 hours ahead of time DONT DO IT! It bugs the whole game and ALL the sims needs go to 0. Lmao they literally pee themselves and fall in the ground sleeping, u dont even have the time to change the needs with the UI, it happends spontaneously. Not to talk the weather, its raining sunny and snowy at the same time lol. Definitely dont reccomend using the time manipulation its a literal hell of bugs and sims just standing without even responding to my commands. Like i said, hell. Other than that totally reccomend it :))

For the UI cheats: also note that the relationship cheats in console (ctrl-shift-c) DO NOT WORK when a sim has spaces in his first and/or last name: For instance, my Game is (was) in Dutch, where e.g. _Bella Goth_ is called _Bella van de Kerkhof._ where _van de Kerkhof_ is the last name. Cheat doesn't work on her. UI Cheats is also essential for me, not necessarily for making everything more convenient but to fix/circumvent bugs that made it into the live game and prevent me from progressing. Looking at you, doctor career...
You can also start a pregnancy with MC command without trying for a baby. you just click the sim you want pregnant and click mc pregnancy and there's an option for start pregnancy, it lets you choose the other parent (Yes this works with men getting pregnant AND if you have MC Woohoo you can get teens and elders pregnant this way as well if you enable it on the computer)
MC Command Center Pro Tip: If you want townies to be picked from your library (tray) of saved sims instead of randomly generated, you can use MCCC to this. MC Population -> Population Settings -> Import Tray Settings (or something) From here, you set the top percentage option to 100% or 90% so almost all new sims will be from your library. You can even customize what the game will actually pick from your tray. You can e.g. set it up to only import clothing from the gallery households you've saved. This has literally remade my sim experience. No more bright red pants-townies with crazy hair and out of place accessories.

KarahBella yes. I know it after i'm watching plumbella's must have mod. It's super duper helpful because you know how long sims in the sims 4 is eating :/
I use MCCC mostly to clear errant clothing while my sims are doing things like bathing because the game would assign them a random outfit there when there shouldn't be one. I've also used it to fix a genetic mess up that made no sense. But I didn't know about disabling the monster under the bed and other things it could do.
Mc Command Center also allows you to make sure your world doesn't turn into a ghost-town after like 2 gens because you can have your world sims passivly procreate. One of it's most important features imo. Also if you have any mcc questions, they have a discord here: discordapp.com/invite/AUJ8RAa The discord is extreamly active and there are always people available to help with any and all of your issues and questions!
With the autonomy mode on MCC Judith Ward and Don Lothario got married and had two kids, Don Jr. and Chasity. It's the subplot I never knew I needed in The Sims.
If you go to relationships and click on a ghost the MC command center you can press "Cheats" then press"Maintain Sims" and then it says "Revive Sim". So i killed Nancy Landgraab 20 times.

Also, I totally recommend a bunch of TwistedMexi's mods. There's a disable-vampirism mod (so the vampires are just regular people, albeit rather pale), a bunch of cheat-always-on mods (great for when you keep forgetting to enable specific cheats every time you load the game), etc.

When you say you keep your settings for MCCC, does that mean you keep that file that says settings and just put it back in with your MCCC folder after an update?

@@jeigh5590 I've seen a bunch of Sims RUclipsrs say there's no way to save your settings so you have to change them with every update. I only just got MCCC a few months ago and immediately saw in the instructions that you should save your settings file so the settings will stay through updates. How do they not know that? I wouldn't have even installed it if I was gonna lose the settings constantly like that! That's actually why I didn't install it much sooner!
Christina Sinclair they probably don’t check the files after they download it because there is no import option within the mod. Like in wicked whims, you can import and export settings within the ui in the game.
@@jeigh5590 Omg I always forget about that setting in Wicked Whims! Forgot about it until you just said that! Give me the ability to just move the settings file over and I'm good. Expect me to remember to import my settings within the mod UI and forget it. lol

Also in MC Command Center when you click the computer to change the settings if you go to the Pregnancy option you can change it to have up to 6 babies instead of having the max be 3.

I installed the UI. I have a reccomendation for yall when using it in the game lmao, when u change the time for example 5 hours ahead of time DONT DO IT! It bugs the whole game and ALL the sims needs go to 0. Lmao they literally pee themselves and fall in the ground sleeping, u dont even have the time to change the needs with the UI, it happends spontaneously. Not to talk the weather, its raining sunny and snowy at the same time lol. Definitely dont reccomend using the time manipulation its a literal hell of bugs and sims just standing without even responding to my commands. Like i said, hell. Other than that totally reccomend it :))

How does your lighting in the sims look so good? What are you using?
She uses these very very tiny ceiling lights! The are basegame you can go into chandeliers and find them at the second option
For the UI cheats: also note that the relationship cheats in console (ctrl-shift-c) DO NOT WORK when a sim has spaces in his first and/or last name: For instance, my Game is (was) in Dutch, where e.g. _Bella Goth_ is called _Bella van de Kerkhof._ where _van de Kerkhof_ is the last name. Cheat doesn't work on her.
UI Cheats is also essential for me, not necessarily for making everything more convenient but to fix/circumvent bugs that made it into the live game and prevent me from progressing. Looking at you, doctor career...

That UI mod, holy heck! I thought MCCommand Center had everything but now I really have to level of control that I want.
You can also start a pregnancy with MC command without trying for a baby. you just click the sim you want pregnant and click mc pregnancy and there's an option for start pregnancy, it lets you choose the other parent (Yes this works with men getting pregnant AND if you have MC Woohoo you can get teens and elders pregnant this way as well if you enable it on the computer)
MC Command Center Pro Tip:
If you want townies to be picked from your library (tray) of saved sims instead of randomly generated, you can use MCCC to this.
MC Population -> Population Settings -> Import Tray Settings (or something)
From here, you set the top percentage option to 100% or 90% so almost all new sims will be from your library. You can even customize what the game will actually pick from your tray. You can e.g. set it up to only import clothing from the gallery households you've saved.
This has literally remade my sim experience. No more bright red pants-townies with crazy hair and out of place accessories.
Last time I was this early my dad hadn’t left to get cigarettes only never to come back.

Ily for this, I've had the sims 4 since 2017, and uninstalled it years ago. I recently got it again with all the amazing expansions coming out, and this really let's me spice things up and cause some... fun chaos.
My absolute have to mods :
- Slice of Life (mainly for memory system)
- Quick shower/bath
- Faster eating
- UI cheats extension
Also, i wanna use MCCC for the story progression but i don't know the settings. Can anyone let me know the setting for story progression in MCCC ?

My advice is to just click around until you find it
I use MCCC mostly to clear errant clothing while my sims are doing things like bathing because the game would assign them a random outfit there when there shouldn't be one. I've also used it to fix a genetic mess up that made no sense. But I didn't know about disabling the monster under the bed and other things it could do.
Mc Command Center also allows you to make sure your world doesn't turn into a ghost-town after like 2 gens because you can have your world sims passivly procreate. One of it's most important features imo.

Me too, but it is nice to know you don't need to have it in every kids room anymore! It doesn't always fit the interior..

With the autonomy mode on MCC Judith Ward and Don Lothario got married and had two kids, Don Jr. and Chasity. It's the subplot I never knew I needed in The Sims.

You can use MCC to only generate townies that are saved to your gallery. So no more randoms.
If you go to relationships and click on a ghost the MC command center you can press "Cheats" then press"Maintain Sims" and then it says "Revive Sim".
So i killed Nancy Landgraab 20 times.

@@kimgraham5345 you just click on any Sim, open the MCCC menu, and then "MCCC Cheats" and you should be able to change their age.
@@kimgraham5345 so it should definitely work with him. As for him not showing up, I haven't tried it, but since he IS a toddler then, it may stop him from showing up autonomously
