kayla should do an “every room is a different aesthetic” like cottagecore, witchcore, fairy kei, etc. i did this and got fairy kei/kawaii for the outside, witchcore for the entryway, and poolcore for the bathroom lol. i love doing “every room is a different __” because of the juxtaposition between the rooms. like literally the outside was all pastel and cute with teddy bears and fairy lights, and the entryway had a plant bathtub and a skeleton bear, and the bathroom had those cats and dogs dog training tubes as a slide into the toilet. i fricking loved that challenge

I think a CAS challenge like that would be great too, especially the more “alt” type aesthetics, like glitch core and weird core would make for a really unique challenge, that would probably be so fun.

My cc folder is like two thousand random folders. Nothing sorted, nothing organized, build and buy AND cas, mods, it’s a mess.
lol same, i have one sub-folder for cc all the cc goes there and then all my script mods go directly in the mods folder. My neat self wants to organise but I am way to lazy to do that

I chose the opposite, I donwnloaded my hearts content in clothes and hair and makeup mods but I don't have MC command or UI cheats bc my laptop cannot run it with all the things and bc I've never played with those cheats I don't feel that much difference.

I have a Sims build challenge! Build a house that sleeps 8 Sims, 1 elder 2 adults 1 teen 2 children, and 2 toddlers. However, the house must fit all the requirements for EVERY type of build. Excluding a tiny home. Mine took 3 days to finish. Have fun!

About the braid you didn't know how to do: instead of braiding your hair from the top of hair going down, you take the roots from middle/bottom of your hair, usually behind the ear.
So you braid it from there and go UP, in a way your braid will stop somewhere after the middle of your head. That way, you make two braids on each side and cover/connect one another at the top to make they look like it's one!

You can totally do that braid hairstyle! Just take a chunk of hair from behind your ear and braid it upwards, drape it over your head like a headband, and pin on the other side! It's super easy!

Cc shopping is so addictive (unlike real life shopping, which I hate!). Loads of the stuff you downloaded is stuff I have in game. The main creator I love that I don't think you looked at is Saurus Sims - she does beautiful MM CAS stuff. If you don't already know her I think you would really like her as she's one of my favourites, and judging by this video we have quite similar taste in cc. I think I'm even worse for objects than CAS - I need my cc clutter items, and separate bedframes and bedding so I can make the colours match and all that! If I'm doing a shell challenge or something and not using cc I find it so hard!
I grabbed the Bratz collection the second it came out, IT SO GOOD AND THE CC CREATORS ARE THE BEST.

When you're so into the CC downloading that websites think you're trying to make a DoS attack
(In reference to the 503 error. Error codes 503 and 429 are basically a "hey stop, that's too much. Slow it down." 503 is literally "Service Unavailable" which means that your multiple requests are hindering the server's ability to do other lots of other things.)

I have SOME cc but the only ones I use are maxis match hair and clothes. Oh and also a toddler potty with a cute little toilet paper holder! 🥺
My favorite part about Kayla’s CC shopping hauls is that it’s just her talking about her favorite creators and nice hairs and clothes that she’s never going to use or touch which I think is great.
pro tip for wearing lipstick if you have tiny lips:
(1) get a lip liner pencil that’s close to your natural lip color. nothing too light, too orange, too cool, or too brown- go for like a soft, dusty rose pink color.
(2) outline just the Cupid’s bow and the center of the bottom lip- you don’t really need to overline, just trace over the line where the lip color meets your skin color, and don’t trace your whole mouth, just the middle. if you trace the whole thing it can look kinda weird unless you’re fully committed to a dramatic lip look.
(3) if it looks weird, blend out the outlines you drew with your finger. your Cupid’s bow and bottom lip should look like they normally do except slightly more defined.
(4) get whatever lipstick you want- definitely go for something more creamy or sheer rather than a matte to start off. bullet lipsticks or tinted balms are way easier to use than liquid lipsticks. when in doubt, go for more natural color like a pinky mauve, a rosy brown, a peachy nude, or really any shade of pink that isn’t super purple.
(5) apply the lipstick just in the center of your bottom lip- don’t worry about being messy or applying too much, we’re gonna blend it out. Then just kinda mash your lips together to disperse the color, and wipe away any excess around the edges with a kleenex or finger.
(6) if you wanna make it last, apply it, blot with a kleenex, reapply, blot again, and then apply a little more one last time.
sorry for the unsolicited advice.... lipstick is among my greatest joys in life so I had to share my wisdom lmao.
p.s. Nyx has some great, cheap, cruelty free lip products
