Great video! I understand the topic now I just need to understand how I get started on it. I want to break the cycle of counting calories and weight cycling and start making healthy choices that I can maintain for the rest of my life! I signed up for the challenge. I am so glad I found your page.
If I decided to intuitively eat I’d probably be having 5 bowls of breakfast cereal a day Also if I’m full and the food tastes good I won’t stop eating till I’m “satisfied” If I’m satisfied I’m gonna continue eating until it’s all gone unless I feel actual fullness pains and I’m on the verge of throwing up then I’ll stop. It’s like how u have a main meal then u have a second stomach for dessert. Also before my mindset was stuffed when it came to eating and when I didn’t care about my weight I would eat past fullness because the food tasted good and I feel like people who don’t have an eating disorder don’t give a shit about their hunger cues and tracking what they eat throughout the day they just eat whatever is offered. Wish I didn’t structure my day around food because it’s not fun having to make excuses, skip meals, miss out on events and just be the friend who has the low calorie meal that u eat in 2 seconds then u have to wait for everyone to eat the meals u used to eat without any food guilt.
I love your content, super helpful! Do you mind telling us how much weight did you drop back after that 30lbs weight gain after this journey? (Not for comparison, simply curious)

I would love to hear you talk about IE with something like hypothyroidism- I am beginning to accept my body weight and the fact that it really can't change much with hypothyroidism. But- I am super sensitive and even when my hormone levels are good I will randomly gain 10 lbs
My therapist wants to force me to eat 3 times per day and Is angry at me because I dont want to do it. I dont feel that it helps against my emotional pain and binge eating
Hey colleen I have qestion my first qestion is when you say you are healthy at every size does that if you ar 300 to 600 pounds and you o to McDonalds and order 5 big mac's 5 large fries and 5 large cokes that you are healthy. My other qestion is do you think that promoting health at every size is helpful to the people that veiw your channel. In addition to that I personally feel like people that are morbidly obese or overweight will take what you're saying and many youtubers that follow the ideology that you believe in and promote will and has a toxic affect on th disalusioned and disenfranchised. What I mean that you and your contemporaries that try to promote health at every size and this no food rules ideology is really harming the people that you and the likes of many of the other practitioners of theses philosophical tenets are harming the people that you are trying to help as well as like minded of youtubers that believe and promote the same philosophy that is being promoted through intuative eating here are some youtubes that follow this ideology abby sharp, keltie o'Conner, and every fat acceptance movement pundit or influencer that would rather creat a safe space for there viewers than actually tell them what they need to hear rather than what they want to here. I just want to say this I am not attacking you or your contemporaries or the people that I listed before I just want you and other people to think about A what is being promoted and B your viewership or any one that follows people that listed above or and advocated for this movement
