      Most food have onion also.

    Your videos are very informative and helpful.
    I want to know about fermented food. Especially Khameer or Ambli made of different grains. While Sadhguru discourages consuming any cooked food beyond 4 hours, there are various wellness experts who strongly recommend Khameer or Ambli for good health. Khameer or Ambli is cooked and let to ferment for anywhere between 4-8 hours depending on the temperature and then consumed. Please share your thoughts on Khameer or Ambli
