Robbie, I appreciate all your work. I've recently found your page and happy that I did. Played for years, but I know and play everything from sight and an ear always have. One day maybe I will learn to read music :) Thanks, man.
Glad you like the videos! I learn everything by ear too and don't have any plans of learning to read music. Hopefully you will if you want to! Thanks so much for watching!👍
You provide the best tutorials. But I have a personal request. I really need help learning a way to play a song by JAGGED EDGE called "I GOTTA BE" using simple chords. No plucking. If you can make a video on that it would be a blessing. Thanks
This was a good tutorial I get the whole jist Now and I learned how to artist incorporate those hammerons. The whole tutorial was easy to listen to and fluid.
Can somebody write down the chords he is playing in order please. So far I have G D EM Cadd9 G. But after that it gets abit of a struggle. I write it down in my book so I can practice without worrying about keeping up. Many thanks and love the videos
after the intro you already got, I have G D Em Cadd9 G D Cadd9, and repeat the sequence , and then for the "choose the words..." part, it goes Am, Em, Am, Bm, D. Then for the chorus: G, D, G, Cadd9, D.... Em, D, G,Cadd9, D...Cadd9, G
So when you say “ just the fifth and the second string”, are you literally just placing middle finger on the 5th string second fret, and pinkie on the second string 3rd fret?
Hey your tutorials are great; I was hoping you might be able to do Man That Hung The Moon (I can't get the finger picking style) and/or Man Of Steel, both by Brantley Gilbert
Thank you Emilee! I'll see what I can do with those. I remember looking at them a while back but wasn't able to quite get them. I'll revisit them and see. Thanks!
Dude Stapleton is awesome. Thanks for posting. Liked and subbed! Gotta remember tho. The chords you’re playing aren’t actually G C D etc when you have it capoed. Just the shapes/positions. Pro tip lol
@@fret2fret221 No problem, I didn't think it was rude. I know what you mean, I just have always stated the chord based on the position and not what it creates.👍
Man you do great work but please stop splicing cuts together where your hands are on a different cord.. its frustrating to have to rewind every time just to have to see what exactly you're doing
I owe so many strangers a beer for teaching me my favorite songs , cheers mate
This one wasn’t his best tutorial but thank you :)
I know you can hit that higher octave. 😊Go for it.
I could maybe hit the note, it but it wouldn't sound like anything anyone would want to hear!
Literally the best to learn guitar from😉
Thank you!
Thank you and God bless

So when you say “ just the fifth and the second string”, are you literally just placing middle finger on the 5th string second fret, and pinkie on the second string 3rd fret?
That's correct

5th string 2nd fret (2nd finger) 2nd string 3rd fret (3rd finger)
@@LearnGuitarFavorites I appreciate your help! Now I can play it pretty decently. 😁
@@junstirr1860 Nice!
Hey man, you ever heard the song “Old Fashioned” by William Clark Green? It’s one of my favorites but there are no lessons out there for it...thanks
I just listened to it and it's a cool one👍🎸

Yeah, maybe I need to explain that better, Thanks!
Learn Guitar Favorites I hope I didn’t come off as rude. I was just making an observation lol great job tho! Thanks.

Look at What I Done to Her by Chris Cagle
This song reminds me of my ex wife who was cheating on me.
