The Healing Power of Your Story

We each are a narrative unfolding waiting for our stories to be told. But for most of my life, I was actually ashamed of my stories, parts of my past I didn't want to acknowledge...neglectful and eventually divorced parents, an unstable childhood. But by owning my past, I was able to finally make peace with it and to let it go. I hope by sharing a piece of my story, you might feel inclined to do the same. ♡

we all matter.
sometimes we tend to see the big picture and feel that what impact are we doing? I'm nothing compared to that person of this person.
But that's not the case,
I believe we all have different roles in life. Some play the big part and some the small (just like the side characters in a fiction book)
They are as important as the big one's. We just need to realise that if we start to be kind to ourselves, it automatically shapes us to be a better person to the people around us. And that small act of love matters a lot :)
