In order to care less you must acknowledge your desire for power, control, and order as well as your desire to find meaning and purpose. Once you come to terms, it is much easier to live your own life. However you cannot be 100% apathetic. There is a balance to appreciating yourself and showing appreciation for others.

These days are very hard ones for me because I recognized that can't and don't want to work what I'm actually working. It was a hard one to get there. But it keeps on getting me sick esp. mentally. I think that I lost myself in expectations from others. Now I start thinking about what I really want. And it's like you said: life is to short ... you come and leave life with nothing. I don't want to waste my time though I am scared as f*** because I don't know what will happen next. Thx for this reminder. Lovely greetings from Germany!
