- Coming back from a break to share how to get out of a mental funk called Resistance and Self-sabotage. This is for anyone who feels stuck, unmotivated or is afraid to go after what it is they truly want, no matter how unconventional and far out it might be.
Resistance shows up in many forms and pulls us away from acting as our highest self, the wiser self and into our lower self, dominated by ego, fear, self-judgement and the like. But it is absolutely possible for anyone to get out of that headspace. I share some practical tips on how to in this video.

Hi, your videos are lovely, I'm a new fan. Just want to offer a suggestion, that when you make a statement saying things like indecisiveness etc are self-sabotage that you include the idea that what you're stating is advice for Neurotypical people (or look into what that means at least).
For folks like me, ADHD causes the items in your list and to label it as other causes/issues (like self-sabotage) can keep people from getting help for underlying, biological/developmental issues (and can hurt us more as we struggle to live up to "normal" standards) . Only adding my comment to elevate the conversation around mental health, I'd never want to diminish your message/experience of course. 💜
When you didn't upload for a few weeks I was scared you won't come back but now that you're back I'm really happy
Hi Deanna :-) - Thank you for sharing your experience and learnings. There is something beautiful and meaningful when we are able to share our stories. It helps us as well as others. I think everyone can relate to self-sabotage, even if it looks a little different for each of us. I liked the actions that you shared and we all need to be more kind and compassionate, to ourselves as well as to others. Being present and mindful, to stop and take a look deeper, can bring a sense of peace and healing. It doesn't mean all our challenges disappear but it does allow us to develop resilience and the belief that we can work through it and challenge what is causing self-sabotage. Do what feels right for you x Stay safe and well :-)
