Coming up on the 18th anniversary of hurricane Katrina. New Orleans got all the attention because of the levy failures, but south Mississippi was leveled to the ground in some places. I bought a five gallon bucket of "Animal Grade" Blackstrap Molasses from the Feed Mill in case I got a pig. I was going to add a 1/2 cup to their slops a couple of times a week. I didn't get the pig, ... and I'm glad I'm an animal! Our Dollaramma had little 200 gram, (1/2 lb) heavy duty plastic bags of peppercorns so I bought a couple to check out and upon finding them fresh and powerful, I started picking up a few bags to store in a vacuum with oxygen absorbers every trip. Peppercorns will be worth more than gold post SHTF, ... not that gold will be worth much eh? Can't eat gold, it won't keep you warm, and you can't live in it that's for sure. I expect people will be highly pissed off when I refuse to accept their worthless gold for food and Peppercorns! Good luck.

It's actually pretty rampant here in Florida right now with all the spraying that they're doing I heard it was gonna be released that way so here we go again, but yeah, one thing my acupuncturist said when I was able to actually start eating something with substance again meat whether it's liver which is very good for me I'm type O blood so I am a hunter gatherer and meat is very important no matter what the literature says out there about red meat it's inaccurate. People die from stress! So hamburger steaks all kinds of stuff. She says you need to get some red meat in you and so I ate liver for a few days which I used to hate but I love it now I just cook it real fast I saw on a RUclips video and just eat it like a steak or put it on a piece of Ezekiel bread. I could really feel the life force coming back into me and I cook in it's blood so it was wonderful and then of course I went to my steaks and hamburger and it really did make a difference. So eastern cultures and traditions that are over 6000 years old definitely know what they're doing and the treatment is not worse than the actual illness....on a healing journey and look forward to the new path I'm taking in my life and just suggest that others really look at their lives, and what they're doing and how they are spending their time are they doing self-care? You know you gotta put the oxygen mask on yourself first or you can't help anybody. Sorry about the dissertation, but like I said, had been in bed for 22 days, so just chatting away here. By the way, Great list!
Glad you are feeling better!
Hi Jinne! How have you been?
❤❤
Protein bites recipe?
Hi Jinne 👋🏻
Have powdered peanut butter, how long does it last, unopened?
That's 10 excellent no cook Survival foods Jinne.👍
Canned/Tinned Bread would be handy too. I think you have it in the USA, we don't have it in the UK.
Homemade Muesli would be good too, you can make Jars full, & add Milk Powder in the mixing of it, so you only need a bit of Water to make it edible.
TFS HC, take care & keep really busy everyone. ❤🙂🐶
That’s a great idea!
