I made the bars with oranges instead of lemons and I added some spices like: star anis, cardamom, cinnamon and clove to it. It was by far the best Christmas like cake I´ve ever tried.
I make Japanese water in the summer. I took out all the seeds from the lemons I used and planted them. I have about a dozen lemon trees that are about 2’ tall now.
