Izzy wanted to decorate her graduation cap in lots of sparkly pink, white snd black decorations. The more bling the better!!!
We headed into our local craft store called Micheals and picked up everything she needed. Came home and had coffee and just relaxed for the day! It was a sweet time with her and very very very quiet!

I love crafting and would have LOVED being able to do this to my grad hat! But, back in the stone age (‘82), we wouldn’t dare do anything to the hat! Heck, the teacher in charge of idk what, said our hats MUST be straight across flat on the top of our head! No angles, no pinning it to the back! He even said if anyone goes against that, HE will adjust the hat himself, and it won’t be fun!
I used to make homecoming mums (texas homecoming mums- look it up!😉) for my daughter, my son, and his GF. It was a heck of a lot cheaper to make them, then buy them originally done! Plus, mine was much more intimately THEM. Too bad I don’t know any SR’s that I can decorate their hats! Lol

My granddaughter just graduated, 119 kids in her class. Maddie didn't decorate her cap, wish I would have known, we could have worked on it together. Almost everyone's hat was done. The cutest said "Still totally clueless!"
